The hotel is really good for what it is, so I decided to go there again. The benefit remain: Good choice if you have to travel around Belgium, right by the highway - the hotel is located at a refueling stop. Excellent value, rooms bigger and better than expected, comfortable bed, free parking, 24hr shop right beside with lots of options. The personnel were very polite and helpful. It's also close to Brussels central airport - just 12' drive.

I had no problems with the hotel, but it's isolated. If you want to walk around Leuven this is not the ideal option. Also, the traffic on Belgian highways on Friday evening is absolutely terrible! A 1hr journey took me 3hrs. (Obviously it has nothing to do with the hotel - I just needed to tell)

What a nice surprise, the little hotel is lovely, and our room was more spacious than expected. Everything was super clean, very comfy beds. TV screen maybe a little bit small. The full window front was amazing, nice views into the green - despite the fact that the hotel is right next to motorway services. Also really quiet, couldn't hear any noise from the motorway. Burger King, Starbucks and other shops right next to the hotel. Location might not be ideal for a holiday, but was exactly what we needed for our roadtrip as we could easily continue the next morning. Perfect night for us, but also quite expensive for one night - nevertheless we would book here again!

I paid for basic accommodation and got more. The room was bigger and nicer than I expected. All the personel was "genuine" in their communication and very helpful. Free parking. The location is excellent, but only if you have a car and a schedule for travelling to various places across Belgium. Then the fact that it's in service station on the highway is a benefit.

Everything was OK. Better than expected (expectations were for something basic)

Exceptionally clean. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Shower was powerful. Bed was comfortable. Room was large.

Aircon was too hot and could not be turned down more than 3° so was very drying. No real breakfast was being provided so had to visit Starbucks. Chargers for EV did not accept our payment cards. Whilst this is not the fault of the hotel it was inconvenient.

I liked how quiet it was. Outside of town. Only 10 to 15 minutes away from the centre. It's at a gas station. The seize of the room was big. Enjoyed my bed.

Thou I liked my bed, it was 2 beds instead of one king seize. Which made sleeping on one side of the bed annoying. At first, there was a smell, either it went away or I got used to it. Other than that, nothing.

We staff were extremely helpful at arranging for taxis and allowing bicycles.

Would recommend they consider rental or use of bicycles for guests to get down to restaurants and amenities. It is a bit challenging to get around without a car or bicycle.

The room was clean & comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the motorway. There was no tea or coffee making facilities available but you could order drinks both hot & cold and there was a convenient food store, Burger King and Starbucks self service next door so that was perfect. The bed was comfortable and spare pillows were provided. We would definitely use this again for a convenient and reasonably priced stay.

I am allergic to feathers and was set off by the pillows in the room. I should have checked and asked for replacements and most people love the comfort feel of feather pillows so this is not a negative for everyone.

Good hotel for reasonable price, clean and comfortable, helpful staff, parking free off charge, location near the center of Leuven, Brussels is quite close when you have a car, it was silent despite the fact it is near highway.

The surroundings of the hotel near parking place should be cleaner.

Perfect spot to stay s few days (we had to be in the neighbourhood for a fair)

We are all connected these days..but electric outlets only availble at the desk in the roon, and just one really spare to use. For charging phones there simply shoudl be outlets as well on both sides next to the bed.

this was our third time staying at the Ibis at leuven ,this is a great stop of point for us travelling up from Mayrhofen in Austria there has been a few changes though that didnt really suit us.Not to keen on the fast food Burger King would prefer a restaurant with a choice of food not Burgers sorry !!! Room clean, bed good,and shower good with hot water.
