Very spacious rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Easily accessible from Liège-St Lambert station. Nice that in the lobby free water and apples are always available. The location is close to the center, however it is located on a hill so be ready to walk up it every evening, but it’s not too bad.

Cleanliness could be improved, a pillow had an oily stain and the chair had chocolate stains. Sometimes the cleaning staff would forget to leave some things they change every day.

The location is in the downtown but far from the notices, breakfast is good and the most I liked is the STAFF very helpful and always ready to give a hand. Rooms are spacious

The cleaning staff of the rooms not replacing properly the items that been used e.g water, coffee some kind of towels, I think they don’t have a proper procedure.Shower area always messy with the water as the curtains is not suitable there.

This is an ideal hotel when you are travelling on business. It has everything you need and the staff are very attentive. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. A desk, decent coffee machine, fridge, wifi and a great shower all add up to an ideal resting place after work.

Evening menu is limited to salads, pizzas and sandwiches. Ideal for my needs, but if you want something more substantial then you'll need to explore one of the many restaurants nearby. Car parking instructions are a little complicated but the hotel staff are on hand to help if you get stuck.

A very elegant and sleek hotel right downtown, next to Place Saint Lambert and the main shopping streets in the city centre. Minimalist and tasteful design in the room. Quiet location, although so close to the city centre and its inevitable hustle and bustle.

Very nice hotel in the city center. Room was spotlessly clean and huge with nice bathroom. Lady at the reception ( right desk) was really kind and helpfull. She was trying to find a good restaurant with french cuisine for 20 minutes. Her help was highly appreciated. Hotel is really good value for the money. Last but not the least bed was amazingly confortable. We did not have a breakfast in the hotel so I can not comment on that part, because there are so many nice places to eat in the city :)

We booked a suite for a family, large room with a balcony. Comfy beds and great blackout curtains. Good security as needed room key to open and operate lifts. Great location for Christmas markets.

Staff on reception were quite rude, hotel was very busy with long queues in the reception area at check in. Breakfast was very busy, there was no crockery / glasses or seating available and long waits for food. Parking for the hotel is quite a walk away and not well described on the website. Need clearer instructions on booking confirmation. Coffee making facilities in the room but no milk and no facilities to make tea.

Very clean and well kept, new feel hotel with comfy rooms that had everything you needed and excellent bar facilities. They had good choice breakfast. Hot and cold. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Booked what we thought was double rooms but when we checked in they could only offer us twin rooms which was very disappointing considering how far in advance I booked and how early we checked in. They said they were very busy so no other option. I wouldn't have chosen twin rooms though and it did spoil our weekend.

I like most that we were given a room before the official check-out time. We left Germany very early to see more of the city. I think that it was so kind to do that. The staff who attended to our check-in arrangement was very polite, swift and very helpful, too. I told my husband that we will only stay in this hotel whenever we are in Liege.

I asked for a quiet room and I was placed in a specially designed quiet room area at the of the corridor which was well appreciate.

There is no parking. The hotel has a special agreement with a parking company which is 10mins away. When coming back from parking your car, you have to go up the hill back to the hotel which is not ideal. Also it’s not easy to find your way back, so if you’re not familiar with the area would could get lost very easily.

The room was very comfy and warm, with a big smart TV. The location is excellent if you plan getting there via Liege St Lambert, which is literally a minute away. I tried walking from Guillemins Station and had trouble locating it- all my fault. Just very pleasant, as you'd expect in a 4 star hotel. Handy for the old town too.

Obviously, I would've loved a free breakfast, but I wasn't paying £20 for one.
