The hotel is located on the way in between the train station and the centre of the city. Superb breakfast, including fresh honeycomb and a glass of sparkling wine if you wish. The waiters are very efficient. BTW, the breakfast area is very well designed. So is the Sky-bar on the 10th floor - nice place to sip a glass of wine in the evening (only on Th, Fr and Sat, though). I got a very clean room, spacious, with huge and comfortable bed. A lot of TV channels to chose from.

The staff is usually very nice except the guy during check in who was not really welcoming and did not inform about anything, like breakfast time etc., if not asked. The rooms are supposed to be sound-proof, but they are not, and one can hear, for example, sounds of moving heavy chairs at ones neighbours.

Room was superb, spacious and extremely clean. The hotel was very modern and welcoming. Check-in was quick and efficient and the restaurant was well laid out and nice seating outside.

The safe in the room did not work and was not fixed despite reception being informed. We waited a long time between ordering dinner and receiving it. It seemed understaffed. We were not told of the discounted hotel parking despite asking about parking payment when parked in the public parking next to the hotel.

I personally enjoyed the breakfast. There was variety of things and they were great and fresh especially the juices. The room was awesome, a comfortable bed.

I was unfortunately disappointed for the parking as we had to pay 10 euro per day. For the price of the hotel, the parking could be free for the guests only. It's the first Van der valk hotel in which I had paid for the parking. Luckily, it was just for one night otherwise It would have cost us too much.

The atmosphere was just great, the personnel is well qualified and customer oriented, the infrastructures are flauwless. The décor was inspiring and the invitation to relaxation was everywhere. Perfect soundproofing of the rooms

The surroundings of the hotel and the car park are a weak point: everything seems to be under construction in a green setting not at all valued. You only feel good when you walk through the front door.

Great breakfast, clean and spacious room, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

The spa area is shared with external guests. You can find the information in your room about the external aqua gymnastic trainings, however it’s a huge disappointment that for this price you can’t go for a swim whenever you want and have to listen to the „motivational shouting“ of the trainer and to the loud techno music while in the sauna - not very relaxing.

Breakfast was delicious. The whole idea of having a chef that was cooking an omelette on the spot with 3 ingredients seemed kind of pointless to me personally. I liked the fact that we had access to the swimming pool as part of the price.

I didn't like that all the TV channels were dubbed in french and there was no alternative nor subtitles.

Very well located, very comfortable as well.

The bathroom was not cleaned throughout our stay. We ran out of toilet paper, and had to request some from the reception. Even then, we didn’t get any… I had to look out for the cleaning crew and ask for toilet paper!

The breakfast is excellent which offer many kinds of food even Champagne😄. The hotel is close to the station, also the room is clean and spacious. They provide complementary soft drinks in the mini bar. Coffee machine and kettle are available in the room. Nice for both work and leisure.

An unpleasant surprise during checkout. An abnormal amount from unknown room transferred to mine one. After a lot of negotiation with the receptionist and my request to call the police, receptionist found out that it was a mistake. Problem resolved at the end.
