Excellent place that I would recommend to everyone being in Bruges and around. We had troubles with getting to the hotel in the evening, as our car broke down, but the reception manager and hotel stuff surprised us with their hands-on approach - they really stepped up, welcomed us very friendly, and really made us feel like home even in the troublesome moment of our trip. The dishes in the kitchen both for dinner and breakfast are excellent. I have never had such a tasty salad + brunch in a hotel. Big plus for diabetics-friendly and lactose-free options. The room was also super, very spacious, flawlessly cleaned, with interesting design of John Lennon and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed our time in the sauna.

Nothing that I did not like, wish we could stay longer.

The hotel was in a very good location for a visit to the historic city of Brugge by car. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had one of the finest restaurants around. We were able to dine outside on a sunny patio and enjoyed our meals and fine wine selection.

The town of Brugge, itself gets rather crowded and it can be difficult to find available parking. Fortunately, the hotel is some distance from the city center and it is quiet and peaceful there.

Every time I travel to this region in Belgium, I stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. They allocate me the room which I like, if it is available. Parking spaces are plenty. The hotel bar and restaurant is always a joy to spend the evenings and staffed by a super professional team. There is a 'can do' attitude everywhere.

Fabulous room, most spacious I have seen, including large bathroom. Bed very large and comfortable. Parking very handy and trolleys available in lobby to help with luggage. Was granted ground floor room as requested because of much luggage. Great facilities including reliable WiFi, and breakfast very adequate. Dinner was excellent and the staff chherrful and efficient.

My only carp was that at dinner I had to deal with a food waiter and several drinks waiters, rather than having one point of contact which works much better.

Arrived in the early hours of the morning due to delays. We were greeted with a firndly smile by Lucas who was very helpful and also help us with the vending machine for much needed refreshment. Plenty of parking The room was quiet and very comfortable and clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our Stay was fabulous. The restaurant had delicious food, the rooms are comfortable, quiet and spacious, and we especially loved the wellness center. My husband loved the Sauna room and I appreciated having a hottub / spa to myself. It's ingenious: the hotel wellness area has two large jacuzzi tubs that you fill on demand ... which means no need for chemicals. It was very clean and calming. We'd definitely stay there again.

We wish there were better signs and lighting in the parking lot. We arrived late at night and it was hard to find the overflow grassy parking lot around back of the hotel.

Everything was super clean. The parking was free. Very cosy and great design. Very nice rooms. The staff got us the rooms next to each other with two rooms connected by a door. Very nice.

-The staff messed up with the fee because i was paying with cash i had to argue to make it understood that the change was missing 20 euros. But everything was solved. - Can hear the cars from the highway. But not that much. We still slept very well. - No EV charger.

We only stayed here for one night but it was a truly amazing hotel. It’s modern, well maintained, clean, great staff & good facilities. The rooms themselves are large, comfortable and have everything you could ask for and more. We dined in their restaurant that evening and it was superb. A good selection on their menu, food was delicious & service was spot on. For the price, it is an absolute bargain. Will definitely return if we are in the area!

The location is great and has very good links to the highway. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well furnished. Plenty of parking on site also. The staff were excellent, more than happy to help you out and provide good advice when required.

Food in the restaurant could have been slightly better & the selection at breakfast and seating availability was very sparse at peak times.

Good size room, balcony, big TV, fridge sort of worked - Didn't get very cold though. Free parking was a bonus. 5 minutes from a Tesla supercharger. Staff helpful. Very close to motorway but the room was well soundproofed

Evening meal was not good. Rib eye was tough, stringy and pretty much inedible to be honest. Prawn croquettes looked like they were cooked in oil that wasn't very hot. Unfortunately there aren't any alternatives close by. Bought a baguette in Oostcamp for the next night.
