The hotel has brilliant facilities. There is something for everyone. There is a park for children including a trampoline and bouncy castle. The pool is excellent and clean. The staff are very pleasant and kind. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean including the rooms. The food was beautiful and the selection at breakfast was excellent. There is nothing to fault about this hotel. We were sad to leave and we cannot wait to return. The hotel is not in the centre of Bruge however, they offer a shuttle service for fifteen euros and it was excellent.

There is nothing to fault about this hotel. It is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay.

The location was ideal for a family getaway, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape. The beautifully decorated area around the swimming pool added a lot to the place. They also provided board games and entertainment options for guests, making it a perfect spot for a family weekend. The reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming, greeting us with friendly smiles the moment we arrived, which made us feel right at home. We regretted only booking for one night, but we’ll definitely be returning!

The rooms were comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Although they were a bit old, they had been renovated and were impeccably clean. However, we did wish there was a fridge in the room, especially since it was an exceptionally warm day, and it would have been nice to keep some cold water for the night.

Large , comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Hotel is in nice wooded area, very relaxing. Excellent customer service, special recognition to Pascal and Kartijn , they were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome . Breakfast was tasty and had a fair selection to chose from. Dinners were simple but tasty. Hotel has a deal with taxi company with set pricing so we chose to take taxi to city centre when site seeing and didn’t have to worry about driving and parking . Most of the staff speaks English which was very helpful, will definitely stay there again

Room was spacious, staff on desk were friendly and helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast and items were topped up regularly. Snooker table was a nice touch. Large car park and reasonable price to park during the stay. Good communication from hotel via booking.com and we were able to check in early. Given maps and recommended car park in Bruges. Given bottle of water for our journey on departure-nice touch.

Advertised was a shuttle service to Bruges and although we got this staff on desk we’re not forthcoming with this option.

Location and the garden with swimming pool and terrace. The rooms are quite big, with a nice view; a bit outdated tho. The breakfast was quite nice with a lot of options and fresh food.

It is a bit overpriced for what it offers but I guess this is an expensive area as most of the properties were quite pricey. Also, please expect having to pay an additional fee for parking and breakfast - although on booking the price of the room is advertised as having included breakfast.

The hotel is located at the outskirts of Bruges, but in a very nice and quiet area, surrounded by forest. It offers a nice pool, playground for children outside and a playroom inside. Laos there’s all sorts odd boardgames you can use at the reception area. Shower was great. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety to choose from. It also has a restaurant where the food is good.

The extra bed we had in the room (an extendable couch) was very uncomfortable.

Spacious room. Clean. Plenty of parking. Does the job nicely. Bar downstairs is nice and the board games at reception are an extra touch. Breakfast was nice in the morning, luckily because there's not much else around.

Location is in the middle of nowhere. Taxi costs around €20 each way to rhe centre. Bit of a time loss for a short stay too. But not sure how it compares to staying more central while paying for city parking.

Friendly staff (& manager, who allowed us to use the pool before it was officially open in the morning). Nice breakfast. Room was pleasant enough / spacious. Only a short drive into Bruges for the evening.

The motorway wasn't too far away and the temperature was hot. You had to have the window / balcony door open which even when late, was quite noisey. Reception was very helpful in trying to find a room which was quieter though.

Located in a forest area. You can have walk around. Renting bike is possible. Family and kids friendly hotel. Many box plays, playing flied, a pool ( we did not use), billiards (1 euro). Cattle in the room. I saw people ordered food from outside. Also there is a micro wave oven at the basement, some guests heated their own food and had in the rest or garden. Breakhfast good enough. There is toaster and automatic pancake machine, nutella etc. We stayed three nights, one day for Paris. One is for Brugge. If you have car, relax and good location.

Sofa converted to bed for kids is not so comfortable

The hotel is honest. Not something to impress with, but quite pleasant. Very short driving distance from Bruges city center and train station (where you can park at a reasonable price). The building/rooms are kind of old, but clean. Although it's next to the motorway, in the room there is no noise, whatsoever. Kids have a playground and plenty of green space + the swimming pool (which was ready for use, 3 days before the official season start)+some games like ping pong and other stuff. Also, the garden/green space around it is nice. The breakfast was good (enough variety for 2-3 days, without getting bored of the food).

Ordering food in the evening, the pizza was generic/supermarket quality. And the water bottles in the fridge, opposite the reception... 3 EUR/0.5L seemed kind of expensive. Same price as the beer, I wish I knew.
