Good location with free parking in front of the hotel. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

On our second morning (Friday 28th March) we came down to breakfast at roughly the same time as the previous day. It was much, much busier (due I believe to a bike race that day) and there was little left of the breakfast buffet and the selection of food left was very limited. There was one bread roll left, 5 or 6 mini pastries, and there was not much left of the cold meats and cheese. I saw scrambled egg being replenished but not much else. This was a shame as the following morning there was a full buffet available when we arrived. I don't know if they were not prepared or had just run out of some items.

Spacious room with comfortable bed and large window seat. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Great location a few minutes walk from the town centre. There was plenty of free parking available in the large car park in front of the hotel. Secure bike storage was also available at no extra charge. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nothing to dislike. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the quality of the food. We booked room only as the price for breakfast seemed quite expensive. We were happy to go to the nearby bakery for a pastry. It did look quite busy in the breakfast area in the mornings but this may have been because there was a cycle event that weekend.

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times - as we cycle the fantastic routes around Oudenaarde. The rooms are clean and comfortable - with excellent pillows. The hotel is light and airy with an open-plan area on the ground floor where you can have a meal or just relax with an excellent Belgian beer. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is perfect. A shout out to the very helpful and always smiling, Alicia (or perhaps spelled Aleisha?).

it rained a lot but this seems to be happening everywhere in Europe and has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel was easy to get to and with a huge and free car park. It was located about 2 minutes walk from the town square which had a few restaurants and some beautiful architecture. The check in was lovely and the room a good size although I always find the warm air heaters a pain to actually warm the room up. The bed was fantastically comfortable, the best sleep I have had for a long time! The room was very quiet too and had a good sized desk and decent wifi.

Breakfast was €22 each which was pricey.

Breakfast was expensive, €23 each. Used kitchenette fridge in room to store breakfast goods from Delhaize supermarket for the next 2 days. Some rooms don’t have enough foot room past the beds for males- had to refuse a room with bed 1 m 90 cm long between 2 walls.- I am 2 m tall. Room 007. very good!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Other than that, everything was fine - clean, comfortable, etc. Location is great for town centre, though as it happened I wasn't really focused on that.

I arrived lateish, maybe 23.00, and was pleased to find the bar open. I wanted to sit outside so I could smoke (disgusting habit but there it is) and read my book - which worked with the outside lighting, until it went out after about ten minutes leaving me in the dark. Apparently it is all controlled by timers and the barman/receptionist couldn't put it back on for me. This won't be an issue for many people, but for the tiny minority who, like me, like to smoke and read over a pint late at night, it was a minor disappointment, so I put this here for them. Otherwise, no complaints!

The restriction that you couldn't order lunch until 12:30pm was annoying as we had been travelling for hours and wanted something to eat. Also you had to order food in the evening by 8:30pm and as we were a party of 10 we had to keep to 5 different dishes. So they need to relax around the food and offer more choice and be freer with the times.

Easy check in and out. Very friendly and informative staff. Everywhere spotless and fresh Secure underground parking and bike storage. Very cycling friendly, which is why we booked it in the first place. Great location, next to the canal and in centre of Oudenaarde. Stayed in room 101, very spacious, soundproof, huge bed, tea and coffee facilities, fridge etc. Best buffet breakfast we have come across, so much choice and all fresh. Also had a evening meal which was very good too. Will be back next year for sure.

One slight downside - the bike locker room is a bit small, has a rack for about 12-15, so we had to stack our bikes against a wall, and it wasn't the busiest cycling weekend of the year. And the ramp leading down to it, with the door right next to the bottom, is pretty steep and slippery for either riding down - do not try to brake at the bottom of the ramp, our friend came a cropper - roll on through and come back, and for walking up. But the fact it's there at all is very helpful.

The location is excellent close to the Markt and Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen. We were cycling as a group of eleven cyclists. The bike store room is excellent and secure. We were given enough twin rooms as we needed. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly.
