Hotel is a proper old school family-run beautiful old building set in an awesome location. Small rooms are a bit cramped for two people, and looking in front of the building, where the road is, Hence, we upgraded our room to a large one, and it was massive. It felt so good with the high ceilings and huge windows overlooking the fantastic gardens. I think we will be back in this room for our next visit. Both rooms have very comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Parking was on the property.

Check-in is up to 21:00, and Le Shuttle has had delays, which have affected our arrival time. However, they were flexible enough to arrange something for us to get in late at night. I really appreciate that.

The room was very large, well-equipped and with a modern and clean bathroom. The hotel is beautiful and worn a visit. It is very central, only could have minutes from Spa main restaurants and the funicular to the Thermes de Spa.

They close reception after lunchtime until 3:30, which can be a bit inconvenient if you happen to arrive for check-in at that time. We managed by going for a late lunch and returning to the hotel afterwards. After chek-in, your room card provides access to the main entrance even if the reception is closed.

The property looks fantastic and the have kept many of the original features of the old mansion. Excellent and secure parking which you had to reserve in advance but we had no trouble finding a parking space. The room had 2 single beds pushed together however we both slept well.Good bathroom with a shower only but that was ok . The breakfast was good the only hot food was boiled eggs that you made yourself.

We loved the idea of an old mansion our room had huge double doors, however when we opened the door.The furniture was not in keeping with the age of the building.Pressed wood furniture bed frame , wardrobe and dresser.A disappointment but other than that a nice hotel.

Great location in the centre of town, with its own car park but it’s a very tight entrance from a busy road with a big car so maybe easier just to park on the road outside. Great service with from very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent fresh breakfast choices with eggs also cooked to order.

The room descriptions are unclear, we booked a double en-suite room that turned out to be laid out around a lift shaft and you could only get into the bed from one side. We ended up paying for a suite instead which was in a lovely newly renovated annex next door.

The villa is nicely decorated and has a lovely terrasse and garden in the back. It was a pleasure to relax outside when the weather was sunny. Thanks to the convenient elevator, there was no problem accessing our spacious and comfortable rooms upstairs. A wide variety of food is available for breakfast, served in an area overlooking the garden. The location was perfect for attending the Spa theater festival as well as the Thermes de Spa.

No negative issues.

breakfast: nicely arranged, we were told we could have it outside on the terrace, so we did :) hallway looks very grand, including the breakfast room and the other rooms downstairs. splendid location , we were able to park on the premises around 14h, the hotel seemed to be closed so we checked in later that evening. they offered to reserve us a table at a nearby restaurant, l'auberge, which was good for us. the restaurant might be considered a little pricey, but we were celebrating our anniversary so we came prepared :). We had the menu option at the restaurant, it was really delicious!

the beds were really soft, and we found our bedroom rather small, but we fit. the bathroom was big enough. we had a room that went around the shaft of the elevator, perhaps that is why the room was narrow.

Warm welcome on arrival and helpful, friendly service throughout our stay. Huge room by modern hotel standards, which was light and airy but not cold. Good bathroom - well maintained and good hot water flow. A good buffet breakfast each morning. Parking onsite was a bonus. We could walk to all the major attractions - apart from the race track - so an ideal location for exploring Spa.

The staff was warm and welcoming and issues were resolved in an expedient and pleasant fashion. Furthermore the location of the hotel makes it excellent for a short stay in Spa. We can truly recommend this hotel because it offers great value for its prices.

This is merely a personal preference. The matrasses are of the soft variety. Thus travellers who prefer hard matrasses might have a small issue. As mentioned this is a personal preference, but a good to know for others.

Spa is a small town and easy to walk around. The hotel is located just opposite to the thermal facility, very close to the train station and the tourist office. The hotel has a nice terrace and garden, and hall to chill out.

Room was small but comfy. It was situated on the lending near the elevator and thus you could hear some noise from people using the elevator or talking on the stairs.

The reception staff was very helpful and nice! She heard we were going to the Thermes de Spa (the spa center in town) and immediately offered us tickets to the funicular, free towels and bath robes. She also offered us directions and a great recommendation for dinner. What a treat! The room (overlooking the garden) was very spacious and felt luxurious. The breakfast was very decent and balanced. Overall an amazing experience staying at this hotel!
