great location in the heart of Tongeren. spacious room. we were offered a complementary glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, which was nice. thanks.

the air con was not working in our room and we spoke with reception staff several times and the problem was never resolved. the room was hot and uncomfortable.

central location, beautifully restored old monastery, comfy beds and modern bathroom. The Japanese restaurant at the hotel - Esaki - is a treat!

other then Esaki in the evening, there was no lunch / cafe / available at the hotel. The town itself had of course plenty of possibilities

close by the market, clean,

asked for some ice at the reception- the reply was a giggling ‘no ice’ and a hint to whether I wanted ice-cream instead. asked if there was a bar, answer was no. the next morning there was plenty of ice cubes during breakfast. a hotel with this price category, and no solution to a simple ice request, this does not match the professionalism intended.

The hotel was great and gives champagne upon checkin. Right in the middle of the pedestrian zone with several cafes and restaurants close by. Great hotel and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

I have 2 small complaints. The shower faces the bed and is completely see through. I was staying with a friend so one of us had to leave the room while the other showered. Hahaha! The other complaint is the terrifying life size red angel statue at the end of our hallway. Jeez was that scary at night. This is a great hotel and I would definitely stay again!

An absolutely fantastic hotel with top of the line amenities and staff. Welcome champagne for weary travelers, and even more champagne at breakfast! The location allows easy access to numerous dining options... not to mention front door service to the weekly flea market. Air conditioning is a rarity in many parts of Europe, but this hotel has it. Comfortable beds, large/quiet room and convenient/secure/cheap parking in the garage nearby.

This hotel is located right in the middle of the Antique Market held every Sunday! Very clean and comfortable rooms. You just can’t beat this location. We will book here again when we go back to the Antique Market.

This is a very weird thing to dislike but the toilets are very small. Also, no door to the bathroom which is very bothersome to the people still sleeping when someone gets up at 6am to get ready.

Great front desk people….the location is the best for the flea market and parking is a good rate….breakfast is fabulous and plentiful!

As two friends staying in one room, the shower is not private and it would be nice to offer rooms where there was something more so…..

Staff is great! Room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable…..

Breakfast just wasn’t that great…..eggs were ok, coffee was ok, everything just so-so…

the location was perfect for the antique fair. it was also convenient for eating out or grabbing a beer… easy walking!

We loved the complete setting of the hotel. Very reachable by car, close to the highway. We had a parking spot on the premise of the hotel itself. The communication ran very smoothly and the hosts welcomed us around 22u45.
