Wonderful hotel in Santa Cruz where you get great service for a fair price. The staff is very friendly and helps you whenever help is needed. The sky bar has a nice view and great cocktails. The breakfast is good and adapted to the regional taste. The surrounding area is safe and offers a lot of shopping sites and good restaurants. I have stayed in the hotel several times by now and would always return.

The hotel was very beautiful and classy. It felt luxurious at the cost to stay there! The shower was probably my favorite part, but I also loved the view from the bar/breakfast area. Breakfast itself had a wonderful selection. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the slight weight to the bedspread. The huge windows let in a wonderful amount of light a f gave us a great view of Santa Cruz. Of all the hotels I have stayed at in Santa Cruz, this is the one I most would want to return to.

The hotel is located in a sector of Santa Cruz that invites for walking around, exploring, and enjoying cafés and restaurants. The rooftop restaurant offers a wonderful 270° view over Santa Cruz, an excellent place to start a day with a rich breakfast.

The acoustic isolation of the room was quite limited. A connection door to the neighbouring room proved very penetrable. Above all: Be aware for rooms on the tenth floor! The rooftop restaurant directly overhead causes substantial noise due to working and maintenance activities at least from the early morning on, if not the entire night through.

The Hampton is always a great place to stay. Friendly staff, flexible checkout times. Great breakfast and nice facilities overall. Rooms are small but have everything you need.

Friendly and courteous staff - check in and out was a breeze - the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. Definitely would stay there again

The Staff are so friendly and helpful especially the nice man who checked me in at 4am in the morning thank you :-), Room was a good size with great facilities, Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of options. Area is good very close to large Mall called Ventura I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the Amazingly friendly staff.

I got a room with a connecting room (adjoining) that was not good sound isolated. unfortunately the guest on the other side was very irrespecutful talking until 2am on speaker.

An excellent option in Santa Cruz. Close to several restaurants, shopping malls, and supermarkets. The staff accommodated my needs, and the room had incredible views. Totally recommend!

Internet is not good for work. Breakfast could be better.
