People were very helpful and friendly, great service in the hotel and good quality people. Room was very clean, all elements were new and working properly. Location was exceptional.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it was nearby to restaurants, coffee shops, and drug stores. The staff was very kind and all the facility was comfortable and nice.

price and location are ok...
when you open the window to get some fresh air the road is really noisy and disturbs the sleep. Breakfast is low standard

Best part was location- great neighborhood, walking distance is close to restaurants and bars
Run down (pool/hot tub had broken parts and broken furniture), disappointing breakfast, no clean towels after swimming and being told to use our room towels

Nit warm watwr. The bathroom has a movement sensor that turn on the light, but in shower it turns off! Not clean, not recommended.

Location is very good
I didn't have towels in arriving and take some negotions in order to get this basic staff. Hotel needs to improve cleaness in the facilty. Water from shower just jump over the floor.

no toilet paper, no service made in the room from one day to the next, tv not working, safe not working. Too many deficiencies for a 5 stars hotel!
