We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol in Mostar. The accommodation is conveniently located near the bridge, so if you like to have a centrally-located "base of operations", without having to carry everything in your backpack, it is the best place to stay. It's also close-by to bus and train station, which is mostly the in-and-out means of transport for the city, other than by car. You can walk from and to the station with luggage and not even break a sweat (10 min). The reception was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room itself was clean, spacious and tidy. There are numerous shops, and restaurants nearby (within short walking distance). The bridge is a 15 minute walk away, and the walk itself is nice (through a bazaar).

Might need a few more amenities for a venue of this caliber (no ironing board). Check-in is pretty late so mind that when planning your travels.

As a budget traveller the Bristol was a good place to stay and just a short walk to the centre. My room was basically furnished but clean, very large and fine for the price. Staff are polite and helpful and can speak English. Breakfast was excellent with wide range to suit most diets, although get there early if you want hot eggs! Overlooking the river, the terrace bar offers a wide range of drinks and food, reasonably priced and seemed to be popular with locals too. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby that are cheaper than those in central Mostar.

Furniture a bit dated but can't complain for the price I paid.

I have already stayed in this hotel, so I decided on it again. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and communicative. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is more than generous. Since I had a day trip planned in advance, in the morning, as we agreed, a lunch package prepared according to my dietary preferences was waiting for me. Sweets (fruit yogurt and pudding) with different fruits were the icing on the cake. The warmest recommendation for this hotel and its staff.

When we booked the room available was a suite - even allowing for that, we were amazed by how enormous it was. There was an entrance hall as well as two large (very large in one case) bedrooms. The location was good - convenient for the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the old town and a nice view over the river. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The hot breakfast items and pastries weren't great though there was a good selection of cold meat and cheese etc.

- Shower was placed low on the wall. Very difficult to shower for anyone over 5’7 - Bath wasn’t appealing due to mould around the edges - Housekeeping opened the windows open after cleaning which resulted in bugs coming into the bathroom - Room is very outdated but this is seen in the pictures

The room was very spacious with an amazing view of the river. The location was excellent, it is in between the old town and the train station. So if you are coming from the train station, it's a few minutes walk, and then from the hotel, a few more minutes will get you to the old town where the beautiful bridge is. This place is worth it and we will for sure stay here again!

The breakfast could have been better. It was very limited in terms of the protein. There were four half sausages left in the tray and it was not refilled. The attendant disappeared and only came back when we were done.

The hotel was clean and the location was nice! Easy walk to Stari Most area and other sights. Sniper tower and gymnasium are right up the street. Hotel staff was friendly and the cafe inside was great!

The WiFi here was terrible. There were so many networks with different variations of the names which were different from the list they provided. Also, none of the networks reached my room, only my doorway. And just a quirk, the shower was elevated very high, so just be careful getting in and out.

The staff were so friendly and polite, storing our bags for us when we were too early to check in or needed to leave after check out. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice with the food being replenished frequently. Great location, 10 mins walk to the old town and 5 mins walk to the Mall/cinema complex. We arrived and departed by bus and the hotel was just 8 mins walk from there. Room was great, super spacious with efficient air conditioning and offered a great night's sleep.

Good location - 10 minutes walk to the bus station, 15 minutes to the Old Bridge. Nice staff, great selection of delicious food for breakfast, which you can eat with a wonderful mountain views. There was a fridge in the room, the shower and toilet worked flawlessly, no problems with temperature and air condition.

Unfortunately, there was really weak wi-fi in room 410, I had to use mobile internet. There was also a rather old TV with a 4:3 screen. Despite this, I was very pleased with my stay there and I would like to come again :)

Excellent staff, excellent room, nice and clean and the hotel is in a great location! Recepcioner Dženan was courteous and very informative, thank you for all your help! Our housekeeping staff and dining room staff was also very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel, the hotel is central and has great views! Thank you for making our trip unforgettable. See you again!
