Stayed here a week and really enjoyed my stay. The staff are so helpful, welcoming and make you feel really at home. The breakfast is great! Way more than you can eat and lots of variety. Great coffee too. It’s very conveniently located near to the Old Bridge, you can even see it from the terrace. All in all, a lovely stay. Highly recommend l.

The main impressions are the caring staff and the atmosphere! A bit like an oriental fairy tale. One of the rooms we stayed in was on the top floor, which comes in handy when you're having such a delicious and dense breakfast, and there's also a communal terrace and stunning views of the old town. 1. Two steps to the old town. 8. If you're lucky, you can park in the free spaces under the windows. We did, but the owner was willing to move his car to make place for us.

Just some minor cosmetic repairs

One of the best mattresses I’ve ever found in a hotel. Sound isolation works perfectly. The breakfast (additional price) is very tasty. Location is good, very close to the Old bridge. And the people working at the reception are amazing!

The room was super spacious, comfortable, very clean, and tastefully decorated! The kindness of the staff made this hotel one of my favorite places I stayed in Europe! They went out of their way to help me understand my bus ticket and ensure I could enjoy Mostar instead of stressing about travel logistics. There is a nice terrace upstairs where you can watch the sunset and see a nice mountainside. The restaurant area downstairs was always cozy and warm just like the people. Strong internet and water pressure as well and a yummy breakfast! Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

this is a beautiful hotel, with comfortable beds, a big TV, a water cooler near the rooms and good amenities. The staff (Lejla and Elma) were absolutely incredible hosts. They have been so attentive and helpful, and have gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The view from the terrace is beautiful, and breakfast is delicious and so filling. We were also given excellent advise about where to eat for vegetarians and where to go for good views of the bridge. We fell into a little problem with our car, and Lejla helped us sort it immediately. I can’t wait to come and stay here again :) Thank you!

We loved everything about this hotel, from the moment we checked in to our departure. Our room was nicely decorated and furnished and the bed so comfortable. Our room was adjacent to a fabulous terrace with great views of the bridge. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Location was a few steps away from old town with many dining and shopping options. The hotel's greatest asset are it's staff, everyone we encountered during our stay were charming, kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our time in Mostar memorable.

The sweetest stuff I've ever seen! All guys are very very kind, helpful, and they always smile when see you. It's amazing, to have a feeling that you always can get any answer, recommendation where to eat and what to visit, and, any kind of support.

Not so serious, but I think you need to think for future how to organize bathroom & duche space to avoid such a huge humidity and wet floors - it could be dangerous.

Superb location just a few minutes stroll from the beautiful old town. Excellent breakfast made with love and attention, served to your table. Our room had a private terrace with a scintillating view across the top of the city and although the room was a little tight, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom worked perfectly well. The staff, though, are a different class. We made a rookie error and left a lot of cash behind in our previous hotel in Sarajevo. Elma and Imina helped de-stress us and organise for the money to be delivered just three hours later from Sarajevo to Mostar, in conjunction with our previous hotel. They were so kind and very friendly. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mostar!!

We were so impressed with this hotel! The staff messaged before we arrived and sorted us out a parking space outside the front door. They were there to greet us and offered us a welcome drink which was a nice touch. The location is amazing, 5 minutes walk from the bridge and old town, the lovely receptionist gave us a recommendation for lunch at Hindin Han and it was fabulous! The room was really well thought out-it had everything we needed including tea making facilities, a comfy bed and lovely shower. There is a beautiful terrace with great views over the city although it was raining so we didn’t get to use it sadly. Overall, the staff were super friendly, hotel was clean and well designed and in a great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Mostar.
