Friendly staff and large, comfortable rooms. The location was great, less than 10 mins walk from the bus station and easy access to the city centre. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. Overall great value for money.

The bathroom was a little dated. The mini bar fridge could be quite loud at night.

Large and spacious room. We got an upgrade room with a nice view. The room was very well equipped and quiet. We slept very well. Soundproof was good. Comfortable bed with good quality bed clothing and various pillows. Good lighting. Good air conditioning. Everything very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast - served in a nice room. Strong WiFi throughout the hotel. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel.

Executive Double Room with seaview located at 8th floor: -Nice view -Very clean and spacious -Fresh linen everyday -Kingsize bed -Fast wifi -good breakfast and dinner buffet

-very old bathroom -you listen your neighbors, even when they are calm (water flush in old baths is extremely load) -no English TV -only very few hotel employees speak foreign language (spanish or english) in a 4star hotel -prevent high-season (Jan) - breakfast after 9am.

simple decor. location in the city center, with a view of the back of another building; breakfast was only reasonable (for example: there were no options for guests with lactose intolerance, which is my case).

The staff is really helpful and polite. The hotel has an excellent location.

I didn't like the smell in the room where we stayed(moldy) and in the breakfast hall. I think that there was a party in the next room, they were really loud but fortunately my kids are solid sleepers. You have to pay for the car parking separately.

Clean, spacious, staff were nice, breakfast was really good and it is in a good location. We got a free upgrade also which was cool :)

Neat, jive and clean. The food was amazing and above all the staff is superfriendly and kind.

There is no iron, no microwave and the TV is kot smart neither can be connected to my personal device to have more options than Portuguese programs.

A great property in a fantastic location of you want to explore the city. We where here for carnival and it was so well organised and efficient the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous each day with excellent choice and freshness.
