Location is safe. Close to restaurants. The staff allowed us check-in early because my room is available at that time. The front desk lady (who can speak English) was super nice! Thank you so much! The room for our first 2 days is in the 4th floor, big and comfortable!

The room for our 3rd day ( I had 2 separate bookings because wanted to live 1 more day) is in the first floor, very small, and uncomfortable, although with the same price! I feel something wrong in the decision of the hotel in our case because when I came to the office that morning to request living the same room, the staff checked the hotel computer system and agreed, but right after we came back our room, another staff called us to request us to come to the office again. When we got there, the main staff requested us ( with the translator staff) to change room with a not really nice attitude. It made me feel this decision came from her bad mood . I totally did not feel happy!

Good value for money. The hotel had a travel service that helped book the tours of Iguazo Falls. This was very helpful. In fact the prices are much cheaper than tours on Trip adviser/Avaiator. Good breakfast and air conditioning in the room.

I was surprise that the level of English or Spanish spoken by the majority of the staff and the travel agency. This made life harder, but only a minor inconvenience as several members at the desk spoke a good second language. The rooms are small, much smaller than standard. However, the price is good for the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness and the facilities. The noise level is higher than normal hotels (probably due to the room size, however not a major problem)

The room was comfortable and clean. Very close to the bus terminal.

Nobody spoke English. The hotel has a travel agency inside and we had to use google translate for nearly 20 minutes. It was frustrating. One could argue that we should have Portugese but they should know that many English speaking people travel here. I had to get up early to go to Iguazu falls. When I got back to hotel sweating and tired, I asked could I book a room for a couple of hours to shower and relax before my late flight. It was mentioned that we could do this. They gave me a price of 20 euro for a room which was more expensive than my whole night there Scandalous and this really angered me. All they care about is making money. There was no empathy from.the lady at the desk.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The room and bathroom are really clean and I thank Eliandra for cleaning it for me and the cute clean "towel animals" every evening on my bed. Very comfortable beds, Good breakfast with a lot of options. And even when you are traveling alone, there are tables at the canteen where you can sit with more privacy. I liked the academy they had on the ground-floor. They are also very helpful with guarding your luggage: On the last day I check-out at 7:45a.m. because I had two trips planed for that day. I left my belongings with them. During lunch time (almoço) I came back to the hotel, grab my luggage to change my clothes at the bathroom, and could leave it at the hotel for my second activity for the evening.

only tip: the white yoghurt was a bit to liquid/ looked more like milk. And yes ik did tried the other yoghurt to see which one was beter.

The breakfast is amazing and the staff is really polite.

The frist night was not good, as the air conditiong was making terrible noise. But after asking to change my room, guys didn't hesitate to do it, so problem solved. The room's soundproofing is not so good, so be prepared to hear people talking in the corridors, during the night.

Very good value for money, breakfast included was very good and plentiful. It was nice to be able to charge a lot of small items to the room within the hotel

The general area the hotel is in is a bit ‘random’. Not many good restaurants / bars nearby. In fairness that’s not the hotels fault, the whole town seems a little unprepared to cater for tourists, surprising given there’s little else going on locally than tourism

Lots of swimming pools, nice rooms, huge breakfast buffet, helpful staff, good public bus connections to all local sights

Water in the pools was too hot to cool down. Nice restaurants were a bit of a walk away. Public bus to Iguazú falls takes about 1h

It is near the bus terminal, so it is easy to move around, and there is also a large mart nearby. And the breakfast, where the manager comes out every day and replenishes the lack of food, is great.

Not many restaurants to go to nearby. It had two single beds joined together to make a double. The height of the two beds was different, and the body tilted, making it uncomfortable.

central , lots of facilities, very good breakfast

the tour desk told us that if we bought Iguazu entry tickets from them it was the same cost as on line , but this was not accurate and we paid Brazil real 52 more for two tickets from them than if we’d bought on line or at the gates of the national park.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked fine and was not noisy, the breakfast had many different options and was very good, the gym had many different machines and tools.

The pool is quite small and the water was too warm for hot weather outside.
