This hotel is in Guarulhos city but very close (a 7 minute Uber or taxi ride) to the airport. An airport shuttle leaves the hotel every 30 minutes. Remember to book your shuttle in advance as some times of the day it can be very busy. This hotel caters to airline crews and passengers from cancelled flights etc. so the restaurant serves 3 full meals every day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. We've already tried dinner and breakfast and both were very nice. A great option if you have an overnight stopover in Guarulhos or have a very early flight and want to sleep near the airport before your trip. They also have day-use fares in case you have a long layover or want to rest a little before your day flight. Overall a great option if you want to stay close to airport and save on the stay prices since it is much more affordable than the in-airport hotels.

I liked that it was close proximity to the airport, was priced per night well and was used as a Room to shower in and relax before a flight. Rooms were somewhat updated and had a nice mini bar full of snacks and drinks that were well priced.

This property is on a steep hill with tons of traffic sometimes. Not many restaurants are near by so makes getting food difficult.

Easy enough to find, very close to Guarulhos airport (about 5 minutes).

We spent only a few hours at the Summit Hotel Monaco (booked for the entire day) in order to get some rest after travelling and before exploring Sao Paulo for the day. The administration of the process was dealt with very well and the communication with the hotel about our requirements were met with understanding. The room was lovely, clean and the bed allowed us a great nap. We also grabbed breakfast before checking out and that was amazing.

Nothing that stands out as we were only there a few hours.

staff was cool with helping print vouchers. There was a wide selection of food and it was all very good. the property is also next to a ton of restaurants.

My bathroom had long hair in it and I’m a guy so, I knew it wasn’t mine. There also wasn’t any water or a fridge in the room.

I liked breakfast. Gym needs to be updated

One woman from the staff which was not fair when did not returned the price from the pre-reserve, letting two fees in my credit card. It was necessary that I notice the problem, otherwise I would pay double. Moreover, I paid R$ 30,00 more for an "additional person", but I believe this was a mistake from the Booking app which did not account that I searched "2 rooms for 3 people", but only considered 2 people. The was also a lack of respect from the Hotel for a message I let via Booking app comunicating the problem and that indeed I was booking two rooms for 3 people. THe Hotel never replied to my message.

Monaco hotel is very nice place to stay . near to everything you need in Guarulhos . Jefferson the receptionist have been so kind and very professional help a lot with some information I need in the city. another girl if I don’t do a mistake her name is Vitoria have been so helpful as well. new staff but with a lot professional action. Thank you guys .

no complain ( well the lift , that have a headache but I undertand the hotel was doing upgrade in the service . soon the problem will be solved .

The Hotel is awesome, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is good.

The time of the breakfast on weekend could be later. We were travelling for a wedding party and returned to the Hotel late, and in order to don't miss breakfast, we needed to wake up early

loved that bfast started at 5am and had a variety of fruit and other options. very close to the airport. room was small and cozy.

shower had a booger on the wall but other than that it was fine

The pillows were so thin. I had to pile up two pillows in order to make a decent one. The mattress was not comfortable either. Please switch your pillows and mattresses.
