Great location right in front of beach, quiet at night with minimal traffic in front. Located in a Ponta Negra Beach area sheltered from the wind by the Morro do Careca (big dune). Many options for water sports, like boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding etc. Nice pool bar area in hotel Good food, late night room service available. Located close to many good restaurants Staff was very polite and flexible in cleaning our room around our schedule. Great overall experience for a family vacation.

There were no major items that we didn’t like. Some hangers for swim suits and beach towels on the balcony would be nice to have. It would also be nice if they have a good commercial grade espresso machine, as the espresso takes a really long time.

Excellent location, practically on the beach and almost at the end of a one-way street with shops and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, everything seems to be well-maintained in general. Good breakfast with a variety of selection, and excellent dinner (a lot of choice, but not too much choice, and every day a different food theme). The staff was very friendly and polite, had no problems whatsoever. Pool with a in-pool bar for relaxing even after sunset.

The two main elevators are slow and not in sync with each other. The charge for tea and instant coffee that you prepare yourself in the hotel room - in general worldwide, these are included in the room price. The pool is relatively small but it looked much bigger on advertising photos (congratulations to the photographer for using the right lens and right angle for the pool to look bigger), but still big enough for a small dip. But these are more like remarks and not real complaints.

The kindness of the staff is something that outstanding, they are very helpful and ready to overcome any situation. Room was clean, well organized with lot of space to store my belongs. Breakfast was good with many options of fruits, juice, breads and regional food such as tapioca Private parking space with no extra charge, luggage store with no extra charge Location is very good and i felt safety seen many police officers nearby the hotel during day and night. My room.had a very beautiful view of the beach and nearby sightseeing Morro do Careca

nothing disappointed me in this hotel

Beautiful property located immediately across the street from one of the best beaches in the Coral Coast. The water is clean & clear with sloping sandy beach that becomes underwater at high tide. No hotel has a better location in Natal from our point of view. We were in room 220, a Superior Suite with balcony with a side view of the ocean and the pool. We think this is the best room option in the hotel. The beach on the weekend is crowded (and a fun vibe) but in our room with the balcony door closed we did not hear any of the merriment. It is not luxurious but it is clean & comfortable. Good Sleep. The breakfast buffet was popular & it was pleasing to us once we found the eggs & waffle cook located in an alcove near the bar: he makes the best waffles we’ve had in Brazil. Also would like to mention how helpful Junior Silva was in helping us navigate without Portuguese.

The bar in the hotel serves the absolutely worst Caipirinha. I had one every night for 3 weeks on our driving trip & he loses hands down; it couldn’t even be fixed by adding another shot of liquor. Rodriguez Oliveira in Reception handled everything well in English. I had one frustration after checking out: we waited at check out while our room and mini bar were checked, I was given a bill which I paid. Then a few days later I received an official document from city of Natal that I had checked out leaving a B$6 unpaid. This has never happened to us before.

Great location, very friendly staff, and cozy room! The breakfast is amazing and the room service is great. Denize is the best one! These were just some of the pleasant surprises we found at the Aquaria Hotel that made our stay even better. All the services were excellent and we had a great time in Natal. Certainly, we’ll return as soon as possible!

The hotel is far from the downtown. However, nothing that affects significantly your stay as Natal is a great city for public transport and taxi/Uber services.

The room was very nice and clean and everything worked perfectly. The hotel was in excellent condition and well maintained. The included breakfast was fantastic, just be sure to go to outside restaurant area to where you can order a made to order omelette and tapioca. The hotel staff was the best I have experienced in a long time! They were so friendly, smiled and took care of anything we needed. I will stay again at Aquaria, it’s the best!

The hotel has a great location near many bars and restaurants, and right at the beach. It’s clean and offers many facilities. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even decorated the room for my partner’s birthday! Good aircon system in the rooms, and spacious balcony with sea view. Highly recommended hotel!

Wonderful view and good location. Jacuzzi was great. My daughters enjoyed it. It could use a little painting and be a little bigger but it was great anyways. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpful.

Keys were not working but it got fixed.
