Kristie is a great facility overviewing the Ponta Negra beach. It is clean and location is great. Pools have a nice view over the beach and are well equipped. Restaurant and breakfast are great. All of the waiters and waitresses were really helpful, friendly and attentive - they were on call throughout the day - breakfast/lunch/dinner and drinks by the pool.

Restaurant pool could be cleaner at times. No staff speaks English but we managed anyway. A four star hotel could maybe benefit from a gym or spa facility

We had a great experience at Kristie Resort, our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable, the aircon was good and internet was also at a good spead. The hotel is in front of the sea and the apartments just on the other side of the road. There are two swimming pools and one of them is very very big with a bar in the pool which was great. The housekeeper was doing an amazing job and was so kind to us. We ordered room service one night and our dinner was very good.

None of the staff spoke english and I feel like they don't really make an effort, even the instructions (facilities, breakfast etc) were not written in English. Reception should at least know the basic or have a tablet where you can use google translate or something available. The breakfast wasn't great, we ordered an omelet one day and after 20 minutes it wasn't there so we just left.

We loved it was right across the beach and enjoyed the sea view room. The property is a great value for money and in a very good position.

There is no phone in the room, so the communication with reception is made only by whatsapp. It’s just that internet connection was also quite bad so we were unable to contact/call. Another slight negative thing was that the room cleaning was getting to us around 14-15 pm, which was very late for us and we were already back from the beach. The picture of the pool from the hotel description has nothing to do with this hotel, they have a little pool, but it’s not the one in the picture.

The location is very beautiful and the hotel room is very modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool areas of the hotel are very beautiful and with great views and the pool bars were great. The breakfast was also very good and there was also evening live music on Saturday which was very nice.

My only criticism is that for all the food/drinks we purchased during our stay and had to pay at our checkout, there was a considerable tax added at the end which we didn't know about until that point.

Very good hotel, in a great beachfront location. The main swimming pool is outstanding, our spacious apt was very comfortable and cleaned very well each day. Comfortable beds and great shower. Excellent wifi throughout the hotel. Good value for what you get. Would highly recommend

The breakfast should be better, it's ok but not much variety and isn't up to the standard of everything else in the hotel. Cooking facilities in apt could be improved.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Equipment was complete with microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, stove and good air conditioner. Cleaning service was excellent and friendly.

Cable signals did not have a good definition and were mostly in Portuguese.

Excellent location in front of the beach with beautiful terraces and pools. Rooms (mine without a view) are large but very basic - as if the architect was exhausted after spending his creative energy on the exterior spaces.

I could only turn off the airco (blowing down onto the bed) in the fuse box. Remote control and wall switch didn’t work.

Close to Ponta Negra beach, spacy room with comfortable beds, little kichenete, microwave oven, big fridge, safety box and swimming pool on the roof of the building. Excellent breakfast on the opposite side of the street in the other hotel. Some of the hotel receptionists are speaking also Spanish. Hotel is also close to the supermarket (walkable distance) and close to main beach promenade.

Air conditioning was very bad and inside my room it was too hot for me, although the outside weather temperature was only about 28-29 degrees centigrade. It was some trouble with the AIR CON in all the hotel. All TV channels only in Portugese, no one TV channel in Spanish or English language.

Everything was excellent! The room, the location right across the street to the beach, the breakfast, both pools and mainly the views! Both the bedrooms balcony and the pool view are breathtaking. They are worth the price of the stay on their own. Everything was perfect. The staff is friendly. One of our balcony door was not opening smoothly, and they fixed it immediately. The bed is comfy, and the shower was perfect. A very pleasant stay, I super recommend.

Just a minor comment, electricity plugs next to the bed would be good.

Very nice place to stay, my family love to stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean hotel, the breakfast it's good . No complains.
