Specially the staff, very cordial and always providing a good time for us, they're very kind, I'd like to mention Sergio, from the restaurant, provided top-notch service for me and my family.

I can't complain about anything, everything looked clean, didn't get those extra fees that sometimes can bother you.

The hotel is well decorated. The room and bathroom are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, the hairdryer is very good. Good service at reception, 24 hour reception, wake up call. The hotel is very well located, many options for restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.

Parking space is very expensive. The bathroom, although spacious and very clean, is a bit old. I missed some hotel amenities in the bathroom, a small kit with cotton and cotton swab would be great.

location- great near to some pubs - bars with music and great atmosphere with good food - walk distance . breakfast had lots of options and waitres service as well

small pillows the one provided was too big and more shampoo inside the bathroom as we had to share and was not sufficient for 2 people but I am sure if I asked they would bring very quick

The service is perfect and the very large room but most of all the location which is amazing! Next door to a lovely park and an array of great restaurants and cafes.

The swimming pool is sadly fully enclosed with no rooftop open space to enjoy the sun. I never used the pool in the end for this reason. Another thing a bit annoying is that all the windows everywhere in the building have a blue tinted glass and it's not possible to see or enjoy the stunning vistas without seeing everything filtered in blue.

The shower placed over the bahtube was not adequate. It is something difficult and unsafe to in and out of the bath tube that is too high and with a small space to enter.
