The breakfast was terrific! A lot of variety. The location was great, with many restaurants, a square, and proximity to some historical points, such as the Hidraulica's square. Also, close to a mall with a lot of facilities.

The wifi could definitely improve! My boyfriend needed to work remotely during the trip, which he found impossible in the hotel room! We're kind of upset by this, especially since we picked a room with a desk for him to work on. For the entirety of the days we stayed there, we had to go to a cafe nearby (Quiero Cafe). Definitely, a point to work on!

I arrived there in the midst of your flooding disaster, the hotel was assisting the locals and I felt bad too of occupied a room a family could have used. I had financial issues and more for ground travel to leave, everyone there was wonderful, kind, understanding ( love the Brazilian people and thank you for everything )

Lovely breakfast, very complete and in a good location up at the 9th floor with a city view and balcony. Amazing location, within walking distance from shopping mall, city parks and we're the most charming neighborhood in the city. Parking works great with the valet service.

Elevators can be quite a walk away from your room, carpets on the hallway appears to be old and weary and room minibar could have more beverage options.

The breakfast and staff are very good, also the localization.

I did not like the fact that, during my reservation, I informed that my 5-year-old daughter was with us and the bedroom did not support a child. We had to put a mattress on the floor. But they solved it and told me that booking.com considers a child up that age as "babies". Also, I think the walls (between rooms) are very thin and I had some noise issues with the room next door.

The price

After the cleaning, our room was left without towels. We called the reception informing and they said they would bring towels. It was not delivered and we stayed without towels during the night and next morning.

Staff is the best part! They are very polite, ready to help and kind. Everyone since entrance to breakfast, parking and all were really nice to us.

The bed is small (standard size, no queen). The breakfast is ok, with ok variety - that could be better. The black coffee itself was not good.

Breakfast was very good, clean and comfortable room although a little small.

Room service food did not meet my expectation, I found it tasteless, lacking flavor. Internet service was poor.

Overall the hotel is pretty good and attended to my needs during my short stay.

what I missed the most was a bedside lamp in my room and 'pao de queijo' on breakfast

We had a last minute book on this hotel because the AirBnB we had originally reserved turned out to be a total disaster, with no heating, bland, smelly, inadequate to our stay.

We had a big mess checking in, couldn’t find our reservation and had to argue for about 1hr until the booking.com customer service stepped in and resolved the situation
