We had an amazing time at the hotel, the food was magnificent, the rooms were comfortable and spotless clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and polite. Our kids very much enjoyed the water games and slides.

Minor suggestions: - Fruit during morning snack time and tea time; there was delicious shrimp, fries and other yummy things to snack on every morning and afternoon- but there was never any of the fresh fruit seen at breakfast - Wine for lunch or any other time; the wine boxes were only put out during dinner

Wall and roof with marks of humidity. Beth room with out lock/damaged. The hotel need to check all accommodations before give a key for the client. WAM all times stop you to offer multi properties and I have a bad experience. I lost 20k with this in the past and they continue doing it. You can’t relax without been disturbed by WAM person. Good hotel. I will try different option next time in Porto Seguro.

The first thing I must say is that the staff is very polite and welcoming, and always greet you with a smile. The facilities are new and there are plenty of activities to do with kids, even on rainy days. The food and drinks are excellent, as they should be in Bahia.

There are only three things I didn't really like in the resort: the mattresses were too soft, the pillows too cheap and there was no lamps for indirect lighting on the rooms, only the main light bulb.

Everything was amazing. Great food, impeccable service. Beautiful design and architecture.

Kid's pool is too cold. The fountain keeps on and the water was freezing 🥶

The hotel was super clean, the staff friendly and the kid's recreational activities were really good, my niece enjoyed a lot.

The food and drinks quality is subpar, not only the quality is bad but is repetitive and poorly prepared. You wont find a variety of fruits or juices, even the orange juice is from a bottle and not fresh. Coconut water can only be found at the beach bar, and you have to ask for a employee to get to you. There are almost none seafood, and when they have it is low quality. The appetizers do not change, htey serve fried chicken, fried sausage, fried manioca and fries, meaning everhthing is fried, every day. The hotel works as 'all inclusive' but also as seasonal apartments for rent, meaning that they restrict everything to guests due to that fact. You can't take food or drinks from one place to other, even to your room. Everything is served in plastic cups and you can't even get bottles of beer. Towels are not included, you have to pay for them, also for a safe and for a lot of other 'extras', we didn't got a safe and some money went missing, so be careful. And finally, in my last day they didn't allowed us to have lunch, because we checked out at 11:45 and lunch was at 12. Is safe too say that this hotel could never pass as an 'all inclusive' resort Do not recommend.
