We really enjoyed staying at this hotel , we had a long stay so we could feel almost as we were living there . it’s a simple and warm place. We liked the staff , they were friendly and helpful and hard workers , making possible for all guest to have a nice stay.

We didn’t like the outside noises , the street was very noisy and messy (week after new year’s evening) but that’s out of hotel control , we understand that! we like the hotel but did not like too much of the location.

Excellent location, helpful friendly staff ( especially Francisco ), good air con and hot water. Comfy bed. Decent sized room, nice rooftop. Good breakfast.

When we stayed on the second floor, the hotel had an office on that floor, the girls in the office were very loud all day.

The hotel is in the street that is not so safe but very close there are bars and restourants. The breakfast is very good. My room 1006 was clean but the room of my friends 204 was dirty. The hotel was full with Brasilians for weekend. There is were to left luggage if you need from late check out.

It is not the best hotel but was OK.

The location is good, Copacabana beach at 2min walking. Staff super friendly and professional. Thanks to the amazing receptionist! It is excellent quality price, we highly recommend :) Many restaurants around too.

We can hear the car and neighbors by night.

After bad experience with conditions in 4th floor I asked to be higher. They gave me nice room in 11th floor which was quiet and comfortable. Air condition was modern and working well.

The location is very good. The view from the swimming pool is awesome. The sauna is also very good.

In the picture the swimming pool seemed bigger. Actually is very very small, but it is enough for spending some time reading a book. The bathroom was very old (you should improve it).

The Hotel is situated in a calm and very moody street with a mini mercado just opposite of the entrance, and the Copacabana beach is in 5 minutes walk distance.

Need to wait a lot for the lifts. 2 lifts are operating and it seems less than needed.

The breakfast could be little better. The area is very small and this time is not very clever to eat so close all together. The best would be to have the breakfast on the terrace. Open air. Less risk for covid!

Decent Wi-Fi, Nice location with plenty shops, restaurants around. Old hotel, but clean.

A bit noisy, elevator wait time is long during busy time

The staff were all kind and welcoming and spoke English which meant a lot. Also the location is excellent.
