The team, absolutely amazing, nice and caring, who made everything to give me a good room, a lot of informations and provide me a better room with a good wifi connection. I want to thanks specifically in the front desk: Ademir, Joelna, Luis, and the cleaning team, Înes and Gabriel. All of them were so perfect and so nice to me, I felt really well in this hotel. Location is very good, less than 10 min to the Copacabana beach. Room was not really big, but clean and quiet even if the hotel is close to the main road. They clean the room every day. Breakfast is good even if it was every day the same, but you can have a fresh and tasty fruits.

Wifi connection unstable in the room (just in my phone, not in my laptop).

Great location really close to local bars and restaurants, Copacabana beach is 3 blocks ahead and Leme a few blocks down..if you adventurous you can bike ride to Urca and jump on the Cable cars to sugar loaf...the rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but very good for the price. The breakfast is pretty good with a variety of fresh local fruits, cakes and breads..wifi is good and the water in the shower is plenty and hot

The staff is so kind and flexible. The hotel is well located (kind of private street and near the beach), very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and very relaxing. If you have a car, there is a public space in front of the hotel where you can park. I appreciate the early check-in possibility, really excellent staff.

For me everything was OK.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Diplomata. The room was very clean and fresh. The shower was EXCELLENT! We had an extremely comfortable bed. It was very quiet, and very convenient for the Copacabana Beach area, shopping area, and the Rio Sul Shopping Mall, which were all within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and filling, with a good variety of things to eat, and drink. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Joedina. Great value for money. Comfortable, well designed rooms and beds Good location, though there are homeless people at night in the area (two streets further), you are a quick walk away from Copacabana Great value for money if you are looking for a no frills hotel with comfortable rooms

Elevator only goes till 5th floor, so if you get one of the cheaper rates, probably you will need to walk stairs between 5th and 6th floor like I did. Not so good with leg injury or for older guests The little lamp had no interrupter and it switched on as soon as I plugged it in Breakfast had a good fruit selection but the bread and croissant selection was not my favorite. Only two hot dishes.

Location is excellent...very clean with a cold ac and nice hot shower..best for the cost in the area...pretty nice breakfast too

Old small elevator..didn't ride cause I was scared of it..so I climbed the stairs..no big deal for me but it might be a problem for others I was on the 4th floor

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Very rich breakfast with a colorful fruit buffet. Great location (5 min walk to the beach). Shower warm and refreshing. High speed internet.

Can't really find a negative point but perhaps if they could replace the current Aircon system with a modern one would be nice. The current one ist quite loud (especially in the night).

Little old... Its a small hotel. We had a problem with our key card, they were quite reactive, made us change the room.

The air conditioner was very noisy
