Great breakfast including in room price, stay was great staff were super friendly and kind, reasonably priced and exceptional location

No pre-warning about construction work occurring at the property. the stay was still fantastic but as people who like to sleep in and being on a lower floor near the work we were woken up by drilling around 8:30am everyday except Sunday. If we were advised that may have affected our decision making for this property given we stayed four nights

This is a great hotel. in a great location - Leme is just the north end of Copacabana - it's the same beach and I actually preferred this area to the main section as it was slightly quieter/less people. The hotel has a great rooftop area with pool/loungers/restaurant/bar and great views along Copacabana and up towards Christ the Redeemer. Our room was really spacious with sea views, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's also close to a bunch of good restaurants. We walked the full length of Copacabana and Ipanema and we were really glad we picked this hotel and location.

Reception is always busy so had to wait a short time to check in/check out.

This hotel is perfect Extremely friendly and welcoming staff Modern and perfect facilities It's less than a minute's walk to the beach and you can go swimming in just your swimming underwear. There are two groceries across the street from the hotel. The gym on the rooftop is relatively well-equipped, including an elliptical machine. The rooftop swimming pool is clean and has a great view The hotel's two restaurants are of very high quality The hotel staff are experienced and know how to deal with the world. For example, they will provide free upgrades to guests who stay longer.

The WiFi is not very stable and slow at day time

The rooftop is the best part, the view is amazing, the pool is nice (and warm) + there are 18 sun loungers! Chose this hotel specifically because we wanted the option to chill on the rooftop with enough sun loungers. Expect for one busy Sunday, we never had an issue to find three sun loungers. The room was very big, even with a third bed added. The breakfast selection was good and good value for money, compared to other breakfast locations we tried outside of the hotel. The location was more quiet compared to the Hilton, where the entrance is next to a super busy interchange.

There were no hooks the the room to hang stuff, besides there being enough space available to put some. The connection to the Wifi in the room didn't work at first, we had to go down to the lobby to connect first. When we arrived, the room was not prepared for three people, even though we booked for three. We had to ask them to put a third bed, towel set, chair, glass etc. After an exhausting travel day, it was not nice to arrive to this situation. The sun loungers on the rooftop had no shade at all, it would be nice to have some more umbrellas for them. For the rooftop menu, the vegetarian options were quite limited, I would have liked to see come chips with guacamole on it.

I really liked the hotel, the room and the pool. The views from the pool were amazing. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also very good, in a quiet area in Leme, right next to Copacabana.

The only thing I didn’t like, was that the hotel manager was not friendly. I was extending my stay and wanted to include breakfast. As I was not going to have breakfast on the last day of my stay (given that I had to check out very early), I asked if I could change breakfast to another day (note that it was paid breakfast) and he refused without any type of explanation and started ignoring me. He was extremely unreasonable and not accommodating.

The bed was comfortable, the swimming pool was heated, breakfast was good but little vegan options.

Staff was at times aggressive. When we booked the room we got a price for the breakfast at 76 and by the time we arrived it increased at 99. Also we made a deposit to pay food at the end of our stay. However, when we had breakfast we were asked to pay at that same moment. We explained the server that we made a deposit but he aggressively told us: you need to pay now. We refused, he then went to the receptionist who confirmed our version. Maybe it is just a language barrier

Comfort of room, location of hotel, size of room. We had dinner in the restaurant with our group food was good service was VERY good. Breakfast in the am had a large variety lots to choose from fresh fruit was amazing

I when i booked i informed the hotel that we would be with a globus tour but we arrived a day early so i needed to book this as an additional night— in addition we would arrive before check in time. We had to wait for our room to be ready— which was fine and the room was fantastic. We were informed we had to check out and then check back in as Globus had a higher rated room booked for us. We were made to wait AGAIN for our new room— which was on a lower floor 2 twin beds smaller bathroom — layout not nearly as nice as the first definitely a DOWN GRADE from first room

Good location although across the road from Leme Beach with a fabulous view from the rooftop pool and bar area. 10 min walk to Copacabana beach which is a continuation of Leme beach. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options but £16 was expensive if you only wanted a small breakfast. Room was great size and cleaned everyday.

The breakfast was a bit expensive and my 3 friends all stayed in different hotels, 1 was another Windsor hotel. We were all allowed access to each others hotels accompanied by the friend who was checked in to that particular hotel. But my hotel would not allow my friends in, even accompanied by myself.

The hotel is truly superb! The level of attention from all staff members is truly impressive; someone is always nearby to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the lateral view of the ocean was great. The rooftop has probably one of the best possible views of Copacabana. The breakfast was fantastic! The fresh tapiocas were a highlight, and the buffet was diverse and delicious.

The room was clean, but on our last morning, we woke up with dozens of dead little bugs on our bathroom floor, and we had no idea where those came from. It was a little annoying. The rooftop pool does look bigger in the photos, although the incredible views make up for its small size.

Windsor Leme is a awesome hotel if you want to be near everything. The staff was very friendly and spoke Spanish and English. I was a bit concerned about safety, because there is a Fabela near by, but we didn't felt unsafe during our stay. There is many grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants near by. We walked all Copacabana to Ipanema without any problem. Many Uber and Taxi transportation near the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, many options to select. The room was quiet and we were in a ocean view room facing the street. The bed and the pillow were very comfy!!! The hotel exceeded our expectations, strongly recommended!
