The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, from the front desk and breakfast room to the pool bar and housekeepers. Our room offered a breathtaking view of Copacabana Beach, featuring the Duque de Caxias Fort and the endless Atlantic Ocean. Breakfast was amazing with variety of options: meat, cheese, fruits, cereals, diary and amazingly cooked omelets! Guest services were prompt and highly efficient, making all our requests smooth and hassle-free. We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. Leme Beach stands out as one of the calmest spots in the area, attracting families with children for peaceful evening strolls. Additionally, the Av. Atlântica is quieter here, thanks to the dead end just beyond the Hilton building to the northwest.

To my personal preference, the A/C was not powerful enough, so it took some time to cool down the room. Additionally, there was a strange smoky smell upon first entering the room after a long day out, possibly due to a ventilation issue.

Leme is an ideal location at the quieter end of Copacabana beach with lots of good bars and restaurants. The Windsor is on the sea front so the roof top bar has breathtaking views, a pool and restaurant area where you can happily sit all day. Our room was large with AC, TV, free wifi, a minibar, shower room and plenty storage space, fresh towels, etc. It was cleaned daily. We only used the breakfast room/restaurant once during our 10-day stay but there was a great selection of food and abundant coffee. There's a free beach/pool towel service and laundry service was marvellous too. The staff were all super friendly, helping us with directions, taxis and late check-out.

Great Leme location, right across from the beach and the 19th floor pool, sun deck and bar are very nice. Decent enough fitness area with steam room’s a plus and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Windsors throughout Copacabana have a no guest beyond the front lobby policy that’s not disclosed on Booking. Can be an unexpected disappointment if you want to show a friend not staying there the amazing rooftop view and facilities.

No pre-warning about construction work occurring at the property. the stay was still fantastic but as people who like to sleep in and being on a lower floor near the work we were woken up by drilling around 8:30am everyday except Sunday. If we were advised that may have affected our decision making for this property given we stayed four nights

This is a great hotel. in a great location - Leme is just the north end of Copacabana - it's the same beach and I actually preferred this area to the main section as it was slightly quieter/less people. The hotel has a great rooftop area with pool/loungers/restaurant/bar and great views along Copacabana and up towards Christ the Redeemer. Our room was really spacious with sea views, and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's also close to a bunch of good restaurants. We walked the full length of Copacabana and Ipanema and we were really glad we picked this hotel and location.

Reception is always busy so had to wait a short time to check in/check out.

This hotel is perfect Extremely friendly and welcoming staff Modern and perfect facilities It's less than a minute's walk to the beach and you can go swimming in just your swimming underwear. There are two groceries across the street from the hotel. The gym on the rooftop is relatively well-equipped, including an elliptical machine. The rooftop swimming pool is clean and has a great view The hotel's two restaurants are of very high quality The hotel staff are experienced and know how to deal with the world. For example, they will provide free upgrades to guests who stay longer.

The WiFi is not very stable and slow at day time

The view and location can't be beat. It was the perfect location for all our needs. To wake up with that ocean view just started the day right. The roof top pool was fantastic. The breakfast was full of delicious options. And to add to all of that, the staff was helpful, friendly, and kind. Everyone went above and beyond.

My only small complaint is that the rooms echoed.. Our room had a door to the adjoining room, which I'm sure is great for larger parties. But because of the echo, we could hear pur neighbors pretty loudly through that door.

The rooftop is the best part, the view is amazing, the pool is nice (and warm) + there are 18 sun loungers! Chose this hotel specifically because we wanted the option to chill on the rooftop with enough sun loungers. Expect for one busy Sunday, we never had an issue to find three sun loungers. The room was very big, even with a third bed added. The breakfast selection was good and good value for money, compared to other breakfast locations we tried outside of the hotel. The location was more quiet compared to the Hilton, where the entrance is next to a super busy interchange.

There were no hooks the the room to hang stuff, besides there being enough space available to put some. The connection to the Wifi in the room didn't work at first, we had to go down to the lobby to connect first. When we arrived, the room was not prepared for three people, even though we booked for three. We had to ask them to put a third bed, towel set, chair, glass etc. After an exhausting travel day, it was not nice to arrive to this situation. The sun loungers on the rooftop had no shade at all, it would be nice to have some more umbrellas for them. For the rooftop menu, the vegetarian options were quite limited, I would have liked to see come chips with guacamole on it.

I really liked the hotel, the room and the pool. The views from the pool were amazing. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also very good, in a quiet area in Leme, right next to Copacabana.

The only thing I didn’t like, was that the hotel manager was not friendly. I was extending my stay and wanted to include breakfast. As I was not going to have breakfast on the last day of my stay (given that I had to check out very early), I asked if I could change breakfast to another day (note that it was paid breakfast) and he refused without any type of explanation and started ignoring me. He was extremely unreasonable and not accommodating.

Comfort of room, location of hotel, size of room. We had dinner in the restaurant with our group food was good service was VERY good. Breakfast in the am had a large variety lots to choose from fresh fruit was amazing

I when i booked i informed the hotel that we would be with a globus tour but we arrived a day early so i needed to book this as an additional night— in addition we would arrive before check in time. We had to wait for our room to be ready— which was fine and the room was fantastic. We were informed we had to check out and then check back in as Globus had a higher rated room booked for us. We were made to wait AGAIN for our new room— which was on a lower floor 2 twin beds smaller bathroom — layout not nearly as nice as the first definitely a DOWN GRADE from first room
