Centrally located - literally 50 metres from Copacabana Beach! Good breakfast. Clean hotel. Good power shower in bathroom.

The low hanging light fitting in the room which I collided with on a few occasions! Very unhelpful to have this there. No bin in main room. Snacks left on the desk were not complimentary but not on the room bar menu either. They should be included on the room bar menu or not left out - one or the other, it’s quite simple!

The value for money is exceptional. The hotel is undergoing a minor renovation. However, there was no noise to be detected.

The Wi-Fi network seems to be incompatible with recent Apple devices. With all of the security measures built into iPhone and Mac, the internet connection was extremely inconsistent. Had to rely on my 5G cellular data. Keep that in mind if you intend on working remotely.

Good location, price, confortable bed, clean.

We had to pay to leave the luggage at the reception. I have never seen this in my life before.

We had a super deluxe room which had a balcony and was facing the street. It was great! Really comfy beds and plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of fruits, cakes, breads, warm foods and drinks. The location is fantastic as it’s 2 minutes to Copacobana or Leme beach.

Upon arrival we were given a deluxe room which was ok sizewise but facing the courtyard. You had to get very close to the window to actually see the sky. So the room was dark and dingy. The hot water pot for tea or the coffee pot at the breakfast buffet could have been filled much more often. People were pumping away for quite some time before their small cup was filled.

Breakfast could do with being improved. Many things are not very fresh.

For the money, it was great value. The location is excellent. Just 1/2 block from the beach. The breakfast was great. Shower was great. Good pressure. If you're looking for great value, and you're not too picky, this is a great option. But this is not the Hilton hotel. Front desk staff all spoke excellent english. Definitely recommend trying the Jaoquina restaurant just around the corner!

The room was a little small and dated. The construction going on was a little loud. Elevators didn't work sometimes. The front door didn't have a security guy most of the time, so it didn't feel as safe. That being said, the worst that happened in our 4 night stay was being hassled by a homeless guy at a pharmacy next door.

The property is next to the Hilton and of course, the difference is in the facilities and amenities. For a fraction of the price, you get the same location within walking distance of the beach with a few workout equipment in the parks and beaches. For the price who could complain, the staff is very helpful and will assist how they can. Excellent breakfast and location.

No gym or pool lol

The hotel is really well located. One block away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops (Shopping mall Riosul is 5 minutes away by car). We stayed four nights during Maratona do Rio. Staff is very friendly. We had some issues with booking.com (double booking) however they agreed to cancel the other reservation without any cancelation fee. They also provided a power adaptor during the whole stay as we forgot to bring ours.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal—right across from Copacabana Beach and close to all kinds of shops. It offers a complete buffet breakfast with plenty of variety, and the staff is friendly.

The only downside of the hotel is that it's still undergoing renovations. The lobby is beautiful, but some of the rooms are a bit outdated. However, it's nothing that can't be fixed.
