The appartment was super modern designed and they tried to use all of the space they have. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. Location was perfect - Just one street from Avenida Paulista. The room had an AC/Heater.

The building of the Appartment was still under construction and it seemed undone. There is a kitchen in the room but no utensils (literally one fork, one knife - no pots, no kettle, no plates). The staff didn‘t really give us instruction about how to enter the room, etc. I forgot something in the room and tried to get in contact with the staff in order to send it to Rio, but their answers were not helpful and it took them a long time to reply.

I really like the place, very clean and organized and well localized. It worth the penny. There is TV, good wifi connection and nice view through the window. The bed is pretty nice, not the best but good sleeping and there is Air conditioner which in hot day is very appreciated.

The people at the reception when I did check-in were not very kind, but they handled the keys and then I didn't have to talk again with them. The guy at my check out was more kind and helpful.

The hotel is just one minute walking to the beginning of Avenida paulista and is in general a safe area, has a lot of pubs and shops 24hr next to it, is an amazing option in São Paulo!! The bed is super comfortable.

Doesn’t offer food or drinks unless you are from Brazil as you need an automated app that is not available in foreigners App Store, but anyway the carrefour 24hr is around the corner so not a problem

The location, it’s really a good location.

Misinformation and miscommunication with the staff. I did the pre-check in 3 times, and it didn’t work in the end.. I had to complete again in the front desk. Also, I requested to do early checkin and it was confirmed.. when I arrived with my bags, I got the information that there was no room available. In the end, they find a room… but after to say “hi” twice on WhatsApp to prove that I had a history.

Really modern room with small kitchenette. Super shower and bed. Very clean and great wifi. 24hr reception staff very friendly and stored our bags for a few hours after checkout. Room is accessed via code which made it feel very safe. Some food and drink sold in vending machines in lobby. Walking distance to Avenida Paulista and loads of bars and restaurants. Great value for money too.

Can be a bit of a wait for the elevators as there are only two but very easy to use the stairs (as we should all try to anyway!)

The reception was very helpful and friendly since before my check-in answering my emails very quickly. The studio is exactly what you are seeing in these pictures. They have a smart locker at the door (the reception provides the pin number when you arrive sending instructions via WhatsApp), cooking facilities like induction hob, microwave, mini fridge, cutlery etc (pans and other cooking stuff you can request at the reception). The room had AC and also USB chargers nearby the bed and the working desk. The shower pressure was amazing and I had a very nice view from my window. There are CCTV around the building and also a mini-market next to reception where you can buy basic food to cook (I didn't buy anything, except a Starbucks coffee at the the coffee machine). They also can keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

The only missing thing I found was a towel hook at the bathroom (not a big issue but would be very helpful). I also noticed they don't have a duvet cover (you can use the bed sheet)

Location, it was clean and it has microwave and a fridge.

The bureaucracy to check in (doing it in a website, uploading a bunch of documents with multiple steps for each one of the guests. This is not so practical, specially if you think that we already put some personal information on booking.com. The lady on the front desk in the evening was not so polite like the one in the morning.

The staff is really friendly and they cater to non-Portuguese speaking tourists. We had a pleasant stay.

We did not get told that we would have to pay to get our rooms cleaned.

The best about the stay was the great place it's located in. Avenue Paulista is nearby as well as Street Augusta. And it was much cheaper when compared to mainstream hotels. We made a great choice to pick this option.

The door lock was a bit impractical with so many numbers to type. Before I had access to the room (check-in), I asked for a toilette which was a bit too far. Also, the room could have been cleaner. We found some dirt under the bed.
