I frequently go to São Paulo for work and have stayed in dozens of accommodations. I find Cozz Vila Mariana the best for comfort, friendliness, and location. Unless YOU value false luxury in 5* hotels, try Cozzy and I can assure you that it is the best in São Paulo. Although I usually go to São Paulo for your work, the hotel is also good for those who would like to explore the multiple attractions of this great city.

I like everything at Cozzy Hotel, I cannot find anything bad to point out. And do not miss breakfast - superb, with the nicest staff you could find anywhere.

Great location, close to the Ana Rosa metro station with Avenida Paulista very easy to reach. This really is a smart hotel - several things have been automated, which makes e.g. the check-in and check-out fast and efficient. There is also a small shop next to the lobby where you can buy some necessities, such as drinking water. Fast elevator, good working air conditioning and a great view (I was on a high floor). Friendly, perfect English speaking staff.

The kitchen facilities in the room are very limited. For instance, an electric kettle to make tea would have been nice.

The staff isn't helpful with the lavanderia and the application needed for that. It would be better if the property would integrate it in their service instead of letting guests download an application and go through all that hassle for just one or two times of washing clothes. That is the only downside, but apart from this they are great!

Nice room, with kitchen facilities. Small market in the ground floor is very convenient. The location is regarded as nice.

The pool was under repair - the construction works were incredibly noisy and started around 8 AM. A real hassle. The staff was “meh”. On one occasion, they were in the reception talking loudly and making jokes about another customer, calling him an idiot. The staff doesn’t seem well trained, in some occasions they gave different pieces of information about what we asked. No parking inside.

The room was fairly big and the staff was very nice and friendly. They had an extensive breakfast buffet with many good options. The location felt fairly safe and the building also felt secure. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you are coming from abroad, don't expect the staff to speak English very well, but that's okay. The neighbouring rooms were a bit noisy sometimes, but overall we had a good stay. The laundry process was too complicated.

Amazing hotel, a smart hotel with a roof deck swimming pool and gym. The breakfast had all on offer including the most amazing omelet! The staff were always friendly at trying to help one get into the SMART way of doing things.

As much as it was amazing what they were able to do with their SMART offering, our SMART door lock locked us out of our room twice. It's not nice having to keep asking how each of the ways of doing worked.

Overall great hotel, but just to help improve it: The biggest issue, which can be solved easily, is the loud ring of the door bell. It has a loud and annoying ring, and because there is almost no sound isolation, when the house keeping or guests ring the bell of one room, you can easily hear and wake up from it from a neighboring room. I’m fact the ring is so “alarming” and sounds so close by, that we not only woke up from it, we thought it’s from our door and had to get up to open the door

Really helpful lobby staff. Great self-serve store in lobby. Very clean. Lots of pillows. Easy to use TV. BEAUTIFUL roof top pool and gym facilities. Close to metro and nearby dining.

A lot of street noise, large trucks going by, airplanes flying over, had to sleep with ear plugs. Roof top pool verrrry cold! (Air temp when we were there was low 80’s) The bed in the room was up against a wall with a TV hanging @ foot of bed. Made it hard to get out of one side of the bed, husband kept bonking his head on the TV.

I liked everything about this hotel and that's why we stay there 3X in a period of 1.5 month. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good with many choices and the location is awesome. It is very close to the Metro, Shopping Paulista and several restaurants nearby. The hotel even has a laundry room.
