Me and my wife liked the attending staff in the reception, breakfast area and in general all questions were answered everything was more than satisfactory. Also facilities looks beautiful and clean. Cleaning lady does her work without any problems.

Judging by the price dinner should be included. Also i think 5* hotel should have smart TV in the room. And some details in the room makes the room look old and simple for example had ironing board almost with broken material inside. Wardrobe had defects, air conditioning very loud.

Great condition. Exceptionally well run.

It’s not walkable to anything. it’s a better place for business travelers and special occasions rather than vacationers.

Location comfortable Just a little much information We ended up not taking advantage of executive lounge because the happy hour was short hour When we got back the after utilizing the pool and sou a they told was over But we thought was until 9pm They told us was just until 730 pm 🙁

Just the hot tub should be maybe warmer also a little difficult to get in and out

Beds where good, great coffe place in the lobby, staff friendly and facilities where good, overall a great experience.

As a suggestion coffe place could be open until 10 or 11.

the location and the swimming pool view

the tv in my room wasn’t a smart tv that I could access the yt and stuffs and the room didn’t have a window that could be opened and that’s terrible! I suggest that you guys from Hilton should think about open the windows…

Staff! Specially Victor from the Lobby bar we’re all extremely friendly and courteous.

One of the remotes (there were 2, one to turn the TV on and off and the other to toggle/change the channels, the remote for the channels didn’t work) way too late to call down and ask for new batteries so just watched tv on my mobile. I also couldn’t figure out how to get the hot water to work in the bathtub, well explained in the shower though and we had hot water there, so I guess it’s just something to do with getting the fixtures in the right position. :)

the location is great! near the best of everything in Sao Paulo! the city view high level room has an amazing view of the bridge and city. The staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast was excellent!

I thought my room layout was a bit odd and angular... also a bit to the small size but the bed was nice and the trim has everything to be comfortable for a quick stay.

facilities is ok. they have a good restaurant. room was clean.

when you arrive by Car, the GPS is struggling a bit to provide you exact entrance. and no lights around the building. it was a bit complicated to arrive. the elevators were in a crazy mode and nobody looked to be annoyed. 30 floors building with 1 or 2 elevators working instead of 6, it can become frustrating in few seconds. i wanted to test the area as tourist but i saw it’s more a business area. this is not a bad point of course, it’s just a comment to help.

Its a nice business hotel , with good breakfast

for me the hotel was not so homely, since its a business hotel . Was nice hotel but the location is very far from the center and you need to take taxi always . I dont want to return to this hotel again, not because it was bad, because its uncomfortable to reach good places in sao paulo .Taxi needs at least 20-30 minutes to paulista or to other places .

Breakfast is elaborate and worth enjoying. Local cuisine is absolutely delicious and the staff are very helpful.

I can't fault anything. Service and facilities were excellent.
