Please check on the air-conditioning, the day when I was there air-conditioning "hot" even i adjust the temperature/fan mode still hot. Overall just fine 👍🏼

This is my 3rd stay at this property. At a first glance this property doesn't look like a hotel as it's located at the same junction with lot of car workshops. However once you are inside the room, it feels like staying in a hotel that comes with standard hotel facilities. Not to mention this property also just a stone throw away from Gadong Central with a variety of restaurants and shops. As a return guest, i have requested for a late check-out and surprisingly this property also offered me a complimentary upgrade to Standard Studio Room and late check-out until 3pm. I'm looking forward to staying at this property again in the coming future.

The TV inside the room comes with limited channels. Despite staying in a Standard Suite Room, there were no coffee, tea and sugar provided inside the room. The location of the room facing car workshops would be an obstacles for light sleepers. I could here stray dogs barking during the wee hours until sunrise. Last but not least, the window curtain could be installed with sunshade as the room will get brightened by the morning sun as early as 6.30 am and it's getting hotter in the afternoon. I hope the property management could look after this matter for the convenience of their valuable guest.

It was a nice stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good price for the room you get. Money well spent.

1. Hard to find parking, so packed. Jammed here and there during peak hours, but understandable because of the location. 2. We stayed at studio suite. There was no toiletries holder near the shower area and no towel rack in the toilet to hang your towel when you want to shower. 3. WiFi kinda slow, maybe because of the range, couldn't reach the bed area only in the living room compartment. 4. No light at the dressing table. So when it's dark it's hard to get ready. Not enough lighting.

Strategically good location, as many shops, restaurants, and mini stores located near the complex... Good room size, hot water for showers, nice sofa area on the other side of the room, nice views, very quiet at night, soundproofed room, and 2 airconds...

The conditions of the room, they need to upgrade or do renovations ASAP... The complex has potential, but if the condition inside the room is still like that, I will not be returning back... Cable TV doesn't work, WiFi signal is not strong, furniture and the entire room looks old, and no hairdryer inside the room... Other places with the same rate look better...

The pillow not very comfortable and should improve. Should put praying mat (sejadah) inside the room especially for muslim guest.

Located in an industrial zone with wild(?) dogs hanging outside looking threatening, but they never did anything to me. You probably need a car to get around,
