IMO this is the best hotel to stay at in Bandar. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large, walk in shower, excellent a/c. The breakfast that is included is good and varied. The biggest selling point is the free shuttle they provide from the airport and to attractions. This is well organized and makes seeing sights easy as public transport is difficult here. I recommend eating dinner at the night market, very cheap and lots of local tasty things to try. We were there 3 days and it was a bit long for the things there are to see. 2 days are enough unless you are doing a day trip to the National Park, which we did not.

They provide a shuttle tour service around the city for free. Its great to see the main highlights that are located further away, especially in a city that does not have much of a public transport system. It is located in walking distance from the city center. They served breakfast behind close doors even during Ramadan, which we highly appreciated. Rooms were comfortable. Good price for the accomodation.

The Wi-Fi sometimes failed, although overall it was OK. What we really did not like was the fact that we asked about washing our clothes and we were not informed about the prices. To our big surprise, we got a bill at the end of 110 brunei dollars... which is equivalent to around 75 euros... We know its also our fault because we forgot to ask (we were in a hurry to hop in the shuttle), but there was no information in the room about it or any effort from the staff to tell us beforehand... in the end it this was half the amount of money we spent in total for the 3 nights at the hotel, which is ridiculous. Just be careful with this... we were also informed later that there is a laundry mat just down the street for MUCH cheaper prices.

Amazing and friendly staff, from the receptionists, cleaning ladies, waiters in the breakfast room to the shuttle drivers. However, one staff member just went above and beyond: Sheera. He was always available to help with anything, he helped me book a tour to the national park and also book a bus trip to my next destination, he even requested a vegetarian dish for my breakfast! In terms of location, it is in the center of the city and it is possible to go to some nearby attractions on foot, including the waterfront which is only 15 minutes away. For farther attractions, there is a shuttle service on request including dropoff and pickup. The buffet breakfast is very good with both Asian and Western-style options including vegetarian-friendly options. Throughout the hotel, there are several water filtering stations for refilling your water bottles. For me, this hotel is a must-visit (and stay) attraction in Brunei. Highly recommended!

EVERYTHING. Complementary Pick up and Drop off to the airport... and to most of the atraction for free! For sure it is a big big plus to decide to stay here. Rooms are clean, new, and everything was perfect. All people working there was friendly and helpful. Internet was perfect. Location is really close to the center (In case you need to walk, as you have the complementary service). they will do their best to help you. Also, Boy, the drive is a really really friendly person. Smily all time, good sense of humor and made all the experience much much better. We were sad to say him bye, hope we can meet really soon :) I would recommend this place. I cannot imagine other place to stay in Brunei

Everything was great there! The staffs were super super nice and helpful! My sister and I really enjoyed the time there. Special thanks to the driver Arif and the staff Stanley and the girl from front desk (probably the boss) and also other staffs (we didnt know their names lol) Anyway, all the staffs there were super friendly and easy to communicate with. They helped us a lot!! We were really grateful 🥹 The room was clean. The housekeepers did very great jobs. The location is good. The hotel also offered shuttle bus so it was easy for us to visit the spots. We were trying to take ferries to kota kinabalu but we were not sure about the schedule. Arif, Stanley, the front desk and some other staffs tried their best to help us and we finally got into the ferry. We already miss this hotel and the staffs there!!! We hope that we will come back and visit this hotel.

The shuttle service to the tourist attractions not forgetting the complimentary airport pickup and drop off. Though this hotel lacks in facilities and amenities the staff at this hotel were very helpful and went out of their make my stay most enjoyable. Special thanks to Yimmey, Sheeran enjoyed the conversation, the lady at reception I usually in the mornings, and not forgetting Harry the driver for the drop off at the park and my pickup driver who pointed out places of interest along the way. Overall thanks to all. Free water available throughout the stay.

No nearby shops or eateries. No money exchange. Due to lack of facilities, if travelling during rainy season bring along a book or something to keep yourself occupied.

I really appreciated being picked up at the airport. My flight arrived late so it was very reassuring to have someone waiting for me to take me to the hotel. It was good they had drinking water dispensers in the lobbies. The free shuttle to the night market was also great as I was able to get dinner there. Our driver also answered questions and pointed out sights on the way, making the ride to the market much more interesting. Hotel is well located in a quiet area but within walking distance to all the sights (20 minutes to the waterfront park).

Although the room was very well-appointed, a rack for my bag would have been nice.

The staff is very helpful - I needed a doctor, so they helped with that. The hotel is in an amazing location - you can walk to the main sightseeing places and to the others - the hotel suggests a free shuttle bus. I would really recommend going to the Gadong market. And what I really appreciated was pick-up from the airport, asmy plane landed almost at midnight.

"Cold" water in the shower is actually warm :) And you really want cold after the whole day. But I guess this is not the hotel's problem, but in general smth usual for Brunei.

It was in a good location, the city is very small so easy to get to and arround. They offer airport pickup and drop-off aswell as shuttle services to many of the big tourist attractions for free. Staff were friendly and helpful, they also provided a map of the city and list of things to see and do which was very helpful. Room was big, clean and had a nice view, great value for money.

The only issue I had was that I was in a connecting room and the connecting door didn't lock so the guest next door did accidently walk into my room whilst trying to find the toilets.

Decent, comfortable room. Friendly staff. The free airport shuttle service is very convenient. Good location - not right in the centre, but within easy walking distance of the waterfront and other attractions. The shuttle can also take you to specific locations around town at certain times, although we didn't end up using it: although nobody else in Brunei seems to walk anywhere, we found it was quite easy to walk around town from the hotel.
