Top location in Balchik, very good quality-price ratio, maximum cleanliness, spacious rooms and balconies, great views from the balconies, good lightining of the room, new and very well organized furniture, room lighting installation, as well as room décor very well thought out, very comfortable mattress, excellent selection of tv channels, bathroom and shower area very large, hotel lobby décor very nice, breakfast place right on the promenade, reception and restaurant staff very friendly. Even if we chose a room without sea view, you could still see the tourist harbor and the sea from the balcony. In a word: everything at superlative! I definitely recommend!

There is nothing to dislike about this charming boutique hotel! But I can bring some mentions for those interested: There is no dedicated parking space, but there is a free parking 50 meters away. In addition, in low season, public parking in Balchik is free. There is no elevator, but it is not an impediment for most of the guests. For breakfast we had only 3 options, but it was enough, we chose the ham omelet, which was very well cooked and very filling. We had also bottled water and coffee, which was very good!

It is a chic hotel, located on the seafront. The view is beautiful. I had a spacious room with a sea view. From the balcony we enjoyed quiet mornings and cool evenings. At almost 100 m is Nomad beach, quite small but neat. I was on vacation in June and I had no problems finding sunbeds (it was busier on the weekends). We were impressed by the spacious and clean room, the very large bed, the rather large and clean bathroom. Cleaning is done daily and towels are changed. Linen changed in 5 days. It gave us a great pleasure to meet Mr. Vasil, a man with a beautiful soul, always with a smile and a kind word, whose service and recommendations made our vacation wonderful.

I opted for breakfast included, but the offer was very limited.

Very pleased with my stay here. The bed was confortable, there is a fridge in the room, the room looks great and you have sea view. It’s great to stay on the balcony and just enjoy the sea. The location is great, very close to the beach and close to all the terraces and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They stored the luggage for us after we checked out and called us a taxi when we left. I would stay here again the next time, definitely recommend it.

Sometimes, in the evening, the water pressure was low and probably that’s expected if all the rooms are booked. It wasn’t such a big issue for us.

Close to the beach, with a seaview

After we payed 30 lev extra for the SPA, we discovered that the backmassage pump of the jacuzzi didn't work and the wet sauna has mould inside. Only the dry sauna was working well. Do not buy the SPA package, doesn't worth it. On top of that, the bathroom from the room gets very wet when you take a shower. Furthermore, we asked for a double bed and we received two single beds next to eachother, very uncomfortable especially for couples

I loved everything, from the recepționat to the room. I stayed for 4 days and did not felt the need to open The TV, not even once. The View îs breathtaking, same with the balcony, I enjoyed every minute there, the bed îs really comfy. I am really thankful to Miro, he provided me with lots of helpful Information and assistance for the hole time. Everything you need, you can ask at the recepționat and they will provided you. For the restaurant I need to thank mr. Vasile, îs a very vivid man and a very nice host.

This is a Beautifull hotel directly on the sea. I had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea, gorgeous views of the sunrises and sunsets, and slept the sound of ocean waves…very relaxing! But the best was meeting Miro, my host, who spoke perfect English, and generously helped me plan my trip through Bulgaria. He was delightful to speak with, and helped me tremendously. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and will definitely stay again the next time in Balchik.

Very friendly staff, excellent location and big rooms. Wifi works very well in the restaurant if you work remotely. Great price-quality ratio.

Breakfast is very limited with no vegetarian or vegan option. Our towels were changed three times during a week but the dirty ones were never taken out of the room so at the end of the week we had a graveyard of dirty towels on the floor..

The room was spacious and comfortable, the interior was impressive by its fourniture, big and cozy wardrobe, cupboards with plenty of shelfs in the corners of which were in-built lamps which made storing my belongings there extremely convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, from the receptionists to the waiters in the restaurant. The food was so delicious, i really did appreciat it! The spa facilities were just enough for a good relaxing experience, however they weren't clean enough. I really like the option to reserve and use privately the whole spa center for 1 hour.

- first room we got had a mouldy smell (i think it was right under the spa area), but we were able to change it - breakfast could be improved: it was a plain omlette with vegetables and bread. Maybe they can make it more expensive and add a buffet

The room was very clean ,and the staff were very kind, We didn't had fridge in the room , but next day , they put one . We recommend the hotel and we will come back.
