The spa, the employees, the parking, the bed was very good

The hotel is a little paradise for escaping the world, relaxing and taking care of body and soul. We really enjoyed the Spa with the Saunas and the warm thermal pools, with their natural and chlorine free water, which we almost had for ourselves during the whole stay. It is also recommendable to book a massage here. :) The restaurants food was super delicious, suitable for vegetarians and ridiculously cheap. We f.e. had two really good main dishes and two drinks at lunch time for 10€ in total. The price-performance ratio was definitely unbeatable in all aspects of the stay.

The room was not very modern and would be ready for a makeover (they also have slightly more expensive modernized rooms). Especially the bathroom ceiling over the bath tub was super low and might be annoying for tall people. But compared to the price we payed for our stay everything was totally fine. The hotel was quite difficult to reach as we travelled by bus and train. We can't really recommend walking the 40 minutes with heavy luggage in Bulgarian summer. Also the hotel is pretty much at the edge of the city and there isn't a lot to explore by foot in the direct surrounding.

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful (I forgot my phone on the way back, so they helped me). The breakfast was also good

The shower was broken. We paid for a room with a garden view and one large bed. The view was a rooftop of another building next to the hotel (room 206) and we didn’t had one large bed but two separated, which wasn’t nice because the price for a room with two separated beds was lower and we could have paid this price instead and make them together. this was the case of room 206, floor 2

Room size allowed easy access around the bed. Comfy bed with loads of big pillows. Bathroom was okay. Room was quiet with decent curtains. TV was small but had USB port. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner on the terrace was very good. The pool, spa and hot tub and the gardens were a little oasis. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. This hotel management go the extra mile. You can see it in the details and the fact everything is clean, organised and adjusted. The waiting staff in the restaurant were fantastic, very well trained and attentive. The gardens were well maintained. Don't let arrival put you off. It's on a main road next to a petrol station, but once in its a hidden gem with a pool oasis. We wished we'd booked longer

The decor is a little dated. Management should consider an update and replacing the bath with a shower in some rooms. My husband was too tall for the bath shower combination. It's still 100% functional. Something for the future....

Very good place. Excellent location, very easy to get to downtown by car. Breakfast was amazing. Stuff was very helpfull. Bed was very comfortable. Actually this is the first hotel with pillows which are so good, I loved very much. The indoor pool is great. SPA is good. We did not visit the outdoor pool , it is almost winter, but looks really good. I do recommend this hotel.

I adore soft beds and these were supercomfy. Spa was pretty good for the value. Best thing are heated outdoor pools. Food was pretty good

Location is not impressive - at the edge of the city. I was hoping for mountain views, but mainly residential buildings (some incomplete) at the surrounding hills. Rooms could have been more spatious.

The hotel is nice, clean, good service. For a short stay/ a weekend it's ok. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The restaurant in the evening was super noisy, with a DJ from early on. Not a big variety of food ( everything basically with meat), but the salads were tasty. SPA area and pool are small, but for a 1-2 day trip it's a good option.

Good location, easy to reach. Safe car parking, great outdoor pool, very good restaurant, very good breakfast.

Nothing specific but overall image of the front desk and rooms look not so good, sort of not appealing to say the least considering the cost which is not low.

The breakfast was fabulous. The pools exceeded my expectations! The pools were spotless and well maintained. Maria took exceptional care of all the pools and spa facilities. She was very kind and helpful. The food in the hotel was good. Our overall stay was wonderful.

The pillows could have been better.

I absolutely adore the pools and the spa centre.

The price was too high for 1 room with no terrace and only breakfast which is 8-10am however if you decide to have your extra hour of sleep and go to breakfast at 9 am there is nothing left.
