Clean, perfect location, great service, awesome and helpful team that works there! From the booking till goodbye I felt cared and the managers thought about all the little details!

Beautiful hotel, amazing room, thoughtful extras like chocolates and water in the room for no additional cost. Location is superb.

We were in Room 54. The room is large and bright with an adjoining bathroom at the end of a short corridor. There is a bath and a large shower. The room has a large bed and tv, and there are comfortable chairs too. Coffee pods and bottled water were freely available. It was very quiet as there is only one other room on the floor and that is opposite. The lift access was close and also gave access to the gym and sauna. It is necessary to go outside the front door and walk a few metres for breakfast. We were semi attached to the hotel but didn't feel out of it. On the ground floor is a lounge area and an office space with a desk. The restaurant is very popular and we ate there one evening. The food and service were very good. As guests in the hotel, we were entitled to a welcome 10% discount. The reception staff were very welcoming, spoke perfect English for us. They called a taxi when we wanted, which was helpful. The location is across from the steps to the beach. In between is a lovely green promenade and park area. This will take you to the main area of restaurants, cafes and bars. The Archaeological Museum is worth a visit. Parking appears to be at a premium in this area. It will be necessary to book a space if arriving by car. Fortunately, we were on foot.

Pillows. One soft and one soft square and one fancy decorative little thing. My husband found one firmer one in the wardrobe, which sorted me out. Normally, I love hotel pillows but not so much this time. Breakfast, for the hotel, was a bit lacking. No juice, no honey. The bacon on day one was lovely crispy bacon but the next two days it was a chewy mystery meat, which I avoided. Bread was dry and thin for toast. If you like eggs you will be happy. The Yogurt was lovely.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was spectacular.

Good location close to the beach and the city centre!

Everything...the room was nicely decorated, high-end fixtures & fittings. Extremely clean. Pod coffee machine (pods replaced every day) along with complementary water, and a small bottle of wine. A few sweets, remember it's the little things that you remember. Excellent location. Breakfast had a good selection. Did not have dinner here but the menu looked great. All the staff we met were smiling & helpful. I can't wait to go back. I have stayed at over 100 hotels over the years & this one is in my top 3 of all time. Keep up the great work & I thank you.

This was an absolutely amazing stay - the best we had in Bulgaria because of the feeling that we had our own private house. There was a sitting room and kitchen at our disposal, as well as a small garden and an eating area. The room was magnificent but the piece de resistance was the bathroom - unbelievably luxurious and generous with a roll-top bath which came with a view of the sea! Everything in the room was comfortable and of excellent quality. We loved the provision of little chocolates and other treats - we really felt spoiled. Staff were lovely too, helping with parking and generally being friendly and warm.

Breakfast on our first day was fine - there was a buffet - but on the second day, it became clear that the person serving breakfast was not able to cope with taking orders for breakfast. There were only three tables to serve but we did not even have a menu after waiting fifteen minutes. So we gave up and walked into town to find something to eat.

- The location is really nice. - The room was quite pleasant and comfortable. - There was free wine and sparkling wine for new year's eve.

- Breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety. - There was a way to make our own tea whenever we wanted, but it was not communicated (it was close to the gym).

The room was so spacious and looked classy. All the people from the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great-the beach is just across the street and the city center is near. Drinks and candy are complimentary and the white wine is amazing.

There was no dental kit in the room in case you forgot to bring your own. The gym is mostly for cardio, but that is not an issue since there are a few great gyms nearby.

The rooms are really nice and wide with amazing view to the beach and sea. The bathroom is nice and wide, there is included water and drinks (the selection in the minibar is rather disappointing but it's more than most of the hotels offer). Near by there are very nice restaurants, most of the times we ate in Neptune which is basically across the street in the beach. Nearby there are also lots of shops and main street.

The breakfast was surprisingly bad. They offer very miniature buffet and one selection from the menu. I tried the breakfast on 2 days from 4, after second one we realised this breakfast is just waste of time. Although the breakfast should be in one of the best restaurants in the area - Norma, the food was really bad. I have never got so bad eggs Benedict in my life, it was some strangely half-cooked egg from the bowl. Also English breakfast was terrible. The vegetarian breakfast had some pieces that were edible - like tomatoes and cucumbers. However after second breakfast we just gave up. Also we dropped idea of visiting Norma for any other food as this breakfast was setting too high disappointment to the place.
