The location of the hotel is simply perfect. It is located near two big supermarkets and a mall, as a mother for 2 children it is very convenient. The staff at the hotel were quite polite and respectable .They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing me with a clean and comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast each morning. My room was spacious and comfortable mattress. The food was of exceptional quality and well-presented. The food menu in restaurant was varied and reasonably priced. Finally, I would like to mention the service which was exemplary. The staff were The staff was there to help and had a positive attitude, as well as being efficient and professional. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Burgas. It's the perfect place to stay.

Hotel City in Burgas exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and convenience. The easy booking process, constant availability of the staff, smooth check-in experience, clean and modern deluxe room, complementary breakfast offered, pet-friendly policy, and flexibility in check-in time all contributed to a remarkable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Burgas and looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay when you need to spend a couple of days in the city. Buy the way, car parking is available as well as many shopping places around within walking distance.

Maria is an amazing host! Great English speaker what really helped to feel welcome. Regardless late check-in I still was able to have some dinner, was given tea, etc. Even hotel is closed between midnight and 7am, the breakfast room is open and was still able to have early morning coffee before run for the train. Maria helped me to organise taxi,etc. Room was cozy and very clean. I hope to see Maria again in the future.

Some people are saying that location and area in which hotel is, is not great. However, I will say, if you are looking for homely feeling, welcome host, good value for money you can easily forget about area :).

Room was spacious, always tidy with all equipment needed and modern. Hotel location is better if you have a car, however there is city bus stop close by and you can walk to the beach (around 50 mins, however mostly in very nice park). There is Kaufland next door and sufficient amount of restaurants nearby. Safe and quite area. Manager Maria was cherry on the top of the cake. Always smiling, caring, helpful to others, willing to give us tips what to visit and how to get there, very pleasant to talk with every afternoon when we arrived to the hotel. Large clean room with an enclosed terrace area. Comfortable bed and very clean. Good breakfast with plenty of cold choices, including various cereals, yoghurt, fruit, meats, cheese, croissants. There is a toaster and sandwich maker for your use. Drinks include orange, coffee, choices of tea and hot chocolate. There is a safe car park opposite the hotel with cctv. The staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. I would definitely book again.

I was fully aware of the location of this hotel before I booked, but if you do not know the area the hotel is located in an industrial area. There are a couple of large supermarkets next door and a number of car lots, and a shopping mall near by. Personally, it was ideal for my needs. Great location for stopovers, edge of town and not far from the airport, but don't expect a room with a view.

Our 3rd visit so far. Clean, spacious and nice room. Good food, nice breakfast. Warm staff. Kind of cozy, with various boardgames and other activities that you can do. Bike rental is possible too. Parking, internet, lift - all ok. Pet friendly. Quite convenient for EV drivers - charge station at walking distance. Our favorite hotel in Burgas, very good quality/price ratio.

Some rooms have no balcony. Vegeterian options for lunch/dinner could be improved. The location isn't anything special.

The owner was very kind , nice and helpful My room was very clean, big , spacious and the air conditioner was great. My family loved this hotel. If you come to Burgas stay here!! I forgot a great advantage, the parking is free.

During the breakfast in the last day the worker in the reception was rude and didn't help us .

The most thing that we have liked it's definitely the owner - Maria, who is a very positive, kind and polite woman. I like also and the size of the room. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The negative attitude of the young receptionist, her place for sure is not this job as being a receptionist. The design of the bathroom, when you make a douche, the water is everywhere... The smell of the room is a specific one...

clean, friendly staff and available to customers. at breakfast you can work to improve it but how much it cost for one person is ok, you have an ok meal.

a hotel that did not exceed our expectations. the minus found by us was the poor external sound insulation. considering that the hotel terrace is under the windows of some rooms, tourists who stay up late at night and have fun with a beer and a joke sound pretty bad inside the rooms. also, the noise made by the planes landing at the airport in Burgas makes a very loud noise, a noise that you feel loudly in the room, especially during the night, when the traffic on the streets is very low and silence prevails. if you can ignore these things the hotel is really ok.

Excellent place near the center of the city. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby (LIDL, KAUFLAND) also Decathlon and METRO supermarket. It is very clean and the room was spacious. The staff and the manager are extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast has various options (continental and American).
