The hotel was above any expectation: Clean and well maintained room for a good price. But most importantly the service was great. Was accepted by a nice young guy with good English. I asked from him to help me with some local phone calls to the mountain huts. He seemed happy to help and he got everything fixed. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was very spacious and had a cozy balcony over the town of Karlovo. I would definitely recommend staying in hotel Central! Everything I wanted was available in the room, it was clean and in perfect order. But I think the best part of hotel Central is the staff. Special thanks to Dimitar who was very kind and even helped me to sort out my trip to the Stara Planina and helped me by contacting some mountain huts. All in all a great place to stay, run by very helpful people!

This is our second visit to the hotel and it is still very good. The rooms are perfect, clean and with all the necessary amenities. It is located 5 minutes from the ideal city center, where all the restaurants and cafes are. At the same time, the place is quiet and peaceful.

I'd give 10/10, but check-in was accompanied by some waiting because the hotel does not maintain a permanent reception even during the day. You have to call some of the listed phones and within 10 - 15 minutes someone comes to accommodate you.

I liked almost everything, in particular the exceptional cleanliness and the kindness of the hosts. I did not have a car but they gave me a lift to the local tourist attraction, which wasn’t easily accessible without a car and offered me a lift to my next destination. The location was great, close to the town centre, the old town and the Vasil Levski museum.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close (walking distance) to everything we wanted to see. We had a wonderful time!!! Thank you for giving us a wonderful home-away-from-home!!!

Everything was great!

Clean, modern room with new furniture and very comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom with all amenities that you might need. Minibar with drinks and chocolate to a very fair price. Nice balcony with view. Good working aircon. Central location at a good price. You can't ask for more.

At check-in nobody was at the small reception, so it was a bit difficult to find somebody at first. But the friendly lady from the real estate agency in front helped me out.

wow. Great location, next to the pedestrian street and the lovely city park. The owners are charming people who make guests feel at home. From the tea and coffee in the room to assistance in finding your way around the place. Just a perfect hotel.

Can't find anything

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We even got a free lift to the train station as we running late for our train. Highly recommended!

Friendly host, the place was exceptionally clean. We were offered to be picked up from the train station which was a nice touch. It has everything - location is the city center of Karlovo, it is near a non stop store, pharmacy and restaurants, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.
