Our room 2421 was located in Building 2. There were plenty of free parking spots. The entrance was guarded by security. The receptionist was very professional, demonstrating a positive attitude. The elevators in the building were moving fast, no queues. The long corridor on our 4th floor was warm, AC heated, no bad odors, quite. The front door was old, no plastic card. The room was very basic but it was clean and freshly repainted, had a good vibe. I liked that the ceiling was high, there were absolutely no bad odors in the room, it had plenty of space, it was sunny and quiet, it had a large balcony, installed was a big flat tv screen with plenty of tv channels (no adult ones). One could plug in his own FireTV. The room was also AC heated, no pipe heating, only the lyra in the bathroom was centrally heated but sporadically working. The furniture was very basic and we did not touch it. We neither touched the fridge but it was pretty large and was working (noisy) fine. We have brought our own sheets just in case and to feel more cosy. The hotel sheets, pillow covers and towels were very clean and did smell clean. The bathroom was excellent, one class up when compared with the room. There was a soap dispenser, a hair dryer, a nice shower, and a bathtub. The bathroom was spotless and warm. The pool area was huge and not overcrowded. There was a free water slide for both children and adults. The pool was excellent - warm and clean. I truly enjoyed it. The kids’ pool was also excellent – clean and warmer than the large pool. The entire pool area and the corridors leading to it was very well heated. The showers were comfortably placed, I liked that. The steam bath room, the sauna - perfect. Our kid loved the salt room. I would like to underline that the place is very kid friendly and there are two AC heated premises furnished specially for kids. Breakfast was also good although basic. I liked the cappuccino of the coffee machine. The staff was friendly and efficient.

worn out furniture slow wi-fi. only one vintage toaster in the restaurant. some facilities were broken: the telephone splitter, the left night light, the shower height was not adjustable - or missing: the faucet's head was stolen. the mattress were worn out

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was delicious however a little too oily for my taste in example the risotto. The rooms and facilities were clean and kept up. However the salt room was a bit unattended and the salt machine wasn't on all the time. The pool is large enough for all guests. The whole stay was pleasant, I would visit again.

Friday night (08.12.) there was a planned party for a few of the groups in the hotel. I should've probably made a reservation for a table in the restaurant, a mistake on my side. I've waited a fair amount of time until my order was taken. What made me feel even uncomfortable was the stares I got from staff and other people since I was in the hotel on my own and had no company.

The staff was very nice. The location was great right next to a small park and lots of trees. The food was very good. The sauna was great. The indoor mineral water pool was awesome and the temperature of that entire pool room was just right.

The salt room could have had more salt. The steam bath could have been producing more steam.

This hotel has a perfect location. The beautiful park is just around the corner, and there are numerous restaurants, offering local food. I was impressed with the breakfast. It was delicious like a good home-style country breakfast. We had an enjoyable four days at the SPA with a sauna, salt room and massage. The inside pool is very clean, water is coming from the thermal spring with a temperature of 29 Celsius and the jacuzzi is just perfect for relaxing.

The food quality was good but not excellent. Obviously, the chef has some own ideas about well known dishes. I would suggest either to get familiar with world cuisine dishes before trying to serve them in very own interpretation. These include cesar salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, pasta carbonara with cream, and overcooked seafood like mussels and shrimps.

They have a good size pools both indoor and outdoor with mineral water. Even though the indoor pool was over crowded we were able to even swim. They reacted immediately to our complaint that the room smells like cigarettes and they sent someone to bring us keys for another room. There's clothes line on the balcony. Very thoughtful.

Only the kids pool outdoors was with water warm enough. The inside pool was overcrowded at all times as well as the jacuzzi. The sauna I was able to use in the morning. The afternoon was packed.

There was a carpet in the room which smells bad. The furnishing in the room was worn out. The big refrigerator in the room looks funny for this place. SPA centre looked old.

The SPA center is really good and accommodating. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. The variety of available treatments is truly amazing.

The rooms need a bit of freshening up.

The food is decent, the indoor pool is big, the sauna is spacious. There is parking nearby the hotel.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. The furniture in the rooms is old, but it's clean and non broken. It's a SPA Hotel and you need to rent a robe for 5 leva.
