Great location, in the middle of Pamporovo. They have amazing traditional Bulgarian food both at breakfast and dinner. The free shuttle bus to the slopes was very convenient too.

The spa needed more attention, the steam room never worked properly, always "warming" but never went above 25°C (during the whole week we stayed). The hot tub was filthy on the first day, brown foam leaving marks on the walls, clearly does not get changed daily. A couple of days later it was brand new water, but two days after, brown foam again.

Eveything was so good and comfortable. The room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Spa was honestly great after skiing all day. Breakfast and dinner were also quite delicious. They even washed our clothes and we hanged them in the room.

Wifi only works in the lobby so we had to use our own internet in the rooms. Not sure about how often they clean the spa, in the first days of our stay it was clean but we couldn’t use the jacuzzi ib our last day because it smelled a bit.

The food was good, the staff was nice.

The New Year's party was not so great, the music was loud and the playlist was quite bad... not in trend The rooms are small , and the furniture is a bit old. The food was not kept warm during the dinner interval The jacuzzi water had too much clor and I couldn't use it. The shower was not in a douch cabin.

Location was very good. Breakfast and dinner wonderful. I am muslim therefore I don' t eat porc meat. Besides porc meat there was chicken and fish. It was good for me I hope they was careful while cooking and preparing Three type dessert was every dinner. Pumpkin dessert was incredible also baklava too

There was 2 single bad. I rather double bed

Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Daniel who works on reception was especially helpful, booking taxis etc. Rooms were warm and clean with fresh towels everyday. Breakfast selection was much better than other hotels we have stayed in Pamporovo. Regular shuttle bus to ski slopes. Hotel was good value for money.

One of our bathrooms had strong smell of damp from drains but that was the only negative.

Breakfast and dinner were tasty, home food, very nice and supportive staff!!!

The beds - the matress of the main bed was kind of uncomfortable and the sofa was good for one kid, but if you have two kids and need to unfold the sofa, it gets particularly uncomfortable, there is no top matress.

The hotel room was clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and supportive. A nice addition to the booking was a free shuttle to the slopes. The spa is basic but has a sauna and jacuzzi and there is a door which leads to the snowy forest!

The rooms on the first floor face the street which could be noisy on the weekend.

The place had all the winter holiday essentials - ski wardrobe, sauna (with great view), delicious breakfast, free parking and ski shuttle to the slopes. I loved the balcony view to the forest.

Furniture is a bit outdated but still does the job.

The hotel is in a very good location! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and welcoming

The only downside was that our rooms didn't have a hairdryer and we hadn't bring our own .

The first impression was that the hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely polite. The room was warm and had all the necessities. The bathroom was very clean and nice. The hotel restaurant was a great surprise. We opted for breakfast only which was a buffet style. And for dinner we used the hotel restaurant which was delicious and very affordable. We even got baklava as a compliment. Thank you! The SPA center was perfect although the jacuzzi did not function probably due to covid. I recommend this hotel highly. Definitely worth a visit.
