The windows of our room overlooked the wall of another building. The request to change the room so that there was a balcony and a view of the city was fulfilled instantly. Without further ado, they brought a set of bedding for the child. The staff is cultured and caring. Luxurious underground parking.

Probably, the technician who should monitor the serviceability of sanitary and household appliances is either lazy, inept, or brainless. Everything in the bathroom and toilet is “loose.” The air conditioner doesn't work well. The shelves are “skewed” or hung in an inconvenient place. The locks on the balcony doors are not adjusted

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located next to the highways, easy to find and not far away from Sofia Airport about 15 drive. As well it is not far away from supermarket and other shops like restaurants. It's about 5 mins walk. It has a good basement parking spare for free. The room was very big, comfortable and clean for us 3 adults. It had full windows and I could see the view outside. The shower was very big, comfortable and clean. The indoor swimming pool is amazing. The morning breakfast was buffet and it had all types of food with an amazing view in the restaurant.

The WiFi was a bit weak but it didn't bother us at all.

Without further ado, we were replaced with a room with a view of the city and mountains. 4. Cozy bedroom with a wide bed. There is air conditioning. There is a balcony for two rooms. 5. The living room also has air conditioning and a pull-out sofa for a child. Extra bed linen was brought without much discussion. Everyone was given robes and slippers. Little things, but nice. 6. The restaurant on the top floor has a luxurious buffet for breakfast. There is a cafe in the lobby. Downstairs there is a sauna, a massage table, SPA treatments, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a room with exercise equipment. Everything is great!

Bathroom and toilet. All shelves are hung in inconvenient places and are not secured. The faucets are not secured and hang loose. A fashionable but extremely impractical built-in cistern naturally leaks and leaves a puddle on the floor. As a plumber, I would advise the owner to install an ordinary compact toilet. It is much easier and cheaper to repair.

Loved the spa facilities, the pool and saunas were really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and well-presented, with a honeycomb from a local hive dripping fresh honey into a bowl. Great. Some excellent eateries within a 5 minute walk

Location - it is on the outer edge of town, so unless driving it can present a challenge. I loved using the local public transport, to me that was part of my solo travelling fun, but it's not for everyone.

We felt fully spoilt with all the facilities, the saunas and pool were exceptional, the breakfast offered so much choice and was well cooked and presented. Our apartment was huge, for 3 of us we were not cramped at all. The coffee station was an excellent extra and the choice of teas offered.

We had a hob in the kitchen for cooking but no pans or plates. The kitchen had cutlery and cups but I think if you have a dining table and hob you need plates and at least one pan. Especially if you are staying a few days.

Good location just off the ring road so easy to find, just a short drive to the city centre. Although there is a lot of traffic it is not very noisy as you keep your windows shut. Secured free underground parking with direct acess to rooms and elevators. Very pretty, warm and clean swimming pool, several different saunas (it was included in the price of our room). The staff was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast, some different choices every day. The room was big with a spacious new shower and good hot water pressure

Jacuzzi and Turkish bath were not working. The dinner at the restaurant is just a fixed menu with no choices, it was not bad, just too simple for the price : 15 euros for a chicken breast, some fries and a salad. But we were tired after the trip so any food was welcome as long as we did not need to go out. The room could use a bit of refurbishment, there were some stains on the curpet and on the curtains but nothing too visible.

It is very cheap given that the price includes breakfast, and the use of the pool, spa/ sauna, jacuzzi and fitness facilities. Relatively good location with a nice view of the mountain. The room was quiet, spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Staff was super lovely and helpful every time we interacted in the three days we were there. The pool was big enough and the water was warm. The spa has a good choice of facilities and was quite enjoyable and relaxing. The massages they offer are reasonably priced.

The hotel was a bit inconvenient to reach by public transport depending on the time of day, however it is still in the city and taxis are cheap. The jacuzzi was quite unpleasant to use- it was dirty and the water smelled like feet the whole time. The restaurant wasn't open for lunch and dinner, perhaps because it was January and not that many people were around so we had to go out or order food online for each meal. It would be nice if they have more food options for breakfast for people who don't eat animal products, even if it's just an alternative milk (soya, almond, etc.) to go with the cereals/ coffee.

The hotel is nice actually, a litle bit older already, so some renewal will be very good step ahead. But in our 2 bedroom apartment everything was OK - nice kitchen, glasses, plates, etc. Thank you for the welcome package - some snacks, wine, chocolates, juices, mineral water. We were there late in the evening, with 3 children, so it was really a nice surprice! A lot of different type of tea and coffee in the apartment - free of charge. Two large bedrooms in the apartment, each with a bathroom. Nice living area. A lot of balconies with view over Sofia. SPA center has 3 types of sauna, large relax area with great swinging beds, steam-room, jakuzzi and not small swimming pool. The swimming pool was clean enough but jakuzzi - not. At the second day we saw that the personal is starting to clean it and to change the water inside. The personal, especially the lady at the reception is very polite and helpful. The underground Parking is large enough and free of charge. Easy to go in and go out.

More light in the hotel at all is needed. It's too dark. In the SPA - no light in the steam room. The breakfast needs improvement... It's too basic.

First big plus was that the hotel has an underground parking ( free), when we arrived it was raining and that helped us a lot. Second is that the room we stayed was huge, our two kids felt so free to run around the room and to play. Room had very nice view on the mountain, a King size bed and two sofas, but we fit all 4 in the bed, a kitchenette with dining table ( also a plus) and a big screen TV. Restaurant for breakfast was at 5th floor, it had good variety of food, fresh coffee from a coffee grinding machine.

Unfortunately the Restaurant ( besides breakfast) was closed but the staff recommended a near restaurant ( Victoria) we ordered and had a good meal. We let the kids run in the room freely with their bare feet, on the ground was a rug, very comfy at feel but when we wanted to wash the kids we saw that their feet soles were black. I would recommend the staff more cleaning of the rugs/ carpets.

The hotel itself was clean, good breakfast, pool, etc...

Inconvenient location (20 minute walk to nearest tram, then 20 minute journey into Sofia centretown); spa is open 9-9, but not necessarily staffed. I tried to book a massage for the morning of my final day, but was informed no masseuse would be in until 7pm!
