very clean and comfortable, two minutes walk from train station and bus station. staff extremely friendly, especially kristiyana on reception. lovely and quiet

Clean and cosy rooms (Deluxe), stable wi-fi connection, rich and permanently replenished breakfast, very nice and friendly staff at the reception. I stayed in this hotel already few times and will do so again with a great pleasure! Hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but a subway station is right next to it, so it is not a problem at all. It takes only some 20-25 minutes of walk to get to the city centre.

The spa and especially the pool was exceptional The room was good

The front desk staff were rude an indifferent Asking them information or trying to ask a question,they didn’t want to be bothered! Never smiled not friendly and not helpful Trying to get them to order a cab was a major event They knew nothing about local restaurants etc Their overall Attitude was terrible none of them should be working directly with the public

It's my second time I stayed in 4 months and I like it central ,spa very good ,good breakfast ,nice casino .

Some things that needs to be improved 1 heated pool is not so heated 2 breakfast need to be abit of variation came 2 times in 4 months and always the same food its good but needs to be varation. 3 Needs to be abit of control from the head waiters not to leave some people out of control like touch food with there hands ,eat on the table of the buffet etc.

The facilities are world class. The gym was one of the best I've seen at a hotel, and the spa attached had a lot of delicious services. I had a couple of nice massages while I was here, and I was even able to get a haircut at their barbershop. The breakfast is also fantastic.

I think people give it a lower rating, because it's a bit old. The location is a little bit away from the center, but the electric scooters and taxis made the location fine for me.

Stayed in Ramada Sofia for the fourth time. I quite like the location (easily reachable via subway and some 20 mins walk from the city center). The staff at the front desk is friendly and really very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, I also appreciate the laptop-sized safe and large work desk very much. The breakfast was rich and tasty and replenished regularly. Overall, I am very satisfied.

A bit pricey compared to similar hotels in Sofia, but pluses above still prevail for me.

Stayed here several times and (apart from a single case) everything went always fine, also this time. Not the cheapest hotel in Sofia, but services are on high level: friendly and helpful reception staff, clean rooms (Deluxe), rich and tasty breakfasts replenished regularly, hotel located next to subway station, while still not far from city center etc. I enjoyed my stay this time again.

I stayed here for the second time and I was very satisfied with this hotel again! Subway station is nerby and city center is easily reachable within 15-30 minutes of walk. Very friendly staff at the reception. Room was spacious and perfectly clean. Room equipment was new and the bed very comfortable. Good views from upper floors. Laptop-sized safe is a huge plus for me. Breakfasts are rich and tasty and replenished by personnel. Only the coffee is Nescafe-like, but you can order espresso. I asked for a late checkout at the reception and was allowed to stay for 1,5 hour longer by the kind staff. To sum it all up: tomorrow starts my third stay in Ramada Sofia!

Room was spacious, cosy, modern, well equipped, very clean and had a nice city view (9th floor). I valued very high the spacious work desk. Also the free internet worked well and without interruptions during the work day time (for the evenings see note below). Breakfast was rich and tasteful, anyone can choose from the offered meals. Walking distance to the City Center is some 2 km = only 20-30 minutes. Subway station is nearby. The same applies for trams. I can safely recommend hotel to anyone!

Two days the free internet worked superfast, even in the evening. The other two evenings when a big group of young sportsmen has been spotted, the internet was much slower, but this is undestandable and quite common in such a big hotels. Also hotel requires a pre-authorization for the whole stay right upon arrival, which I interpret as a lack of trust. Anyway, these are actually only a small minus points for me.

I stay with Ramada every time I visit Sofia. The hotel's rooms have been recently refurbished. Also, the hotel has a Spa center (Victoria), which was renovated. Hammam area, swimming pool area have been nicely renovated. High quality materials (a lot of marble stone) used. The breakfast was good with the local fresh vegetables and fruits. Plenty of salads and sweets.
