The room and the bathroom were clean. We liked the location, it is close to central train and bus stations. There is Lidl supermarket within a walking distance. There is a balcony with a nice view.

The two small things which could be added are a small rubbish bin in the bedroom and coffee/tea bags next to the kettle. Though, there is a coffee/tea machine outside the building.

Everything is in a perfect state. The location is quiet and withing few minutes one is at a tram or bus; you can also walk directly to the main railway and bus station. There are small shops around, one bistro in Timok street (just around the corner) offers home-made, delicious food for low price.

It is a hotel without staff, therefore the instructions are important. However, not everything was clear regarding the passport registration and how to return the keys. In the end the only solution was to hand over the keys to the cleaning staff.

I rented a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette at Visito apartments for me and my older brother. He came to visit from Africa and I came from United States, to have a family reunion after 20 years! The reservation process was easy through Booking.com. The apartment was very clean, fresh ironed sheets, a fridge, dining table, nice bedroom, small veranda,a washing machine and most cooking tools. Whenever we asked for additional toilet paper or gel washing detergent, more bath towels or even ordering a cab to the airport, the staff was courteous, very polite, responsive and professional. We stayed for one night. It's not exactly in the city center, but our accommodation experience here was good. The parking is free but is just for 4 to 6 cars. We couldnt find a parking area inside but we left the car behind the other car with a note on it so it was solved. The apartment includes all kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a hairdryer, etc. It’s a clean and new apart. Entry is done via a code system, which is very easy to reach the keys. Our room faced the street, but you can also choose a room facing the garden.

Great budget choice, about 35-40 min from the city centre on foot, in an ok area. Clean, spacious room with a/c amd large shower. We chose the place for the free outdoor parking. It's behind the building and out of sight from the road, with 5-6 spaces available. There is an arm barrier that secures the parking area (you get an electronic chip together with the room key) but note that it's rather short. Our motorcycle could pass through without opening the barrier. It's still safer than parking on the road but it's not 100% secure for motorcycles.

Clear and easy instructions for checkin/checkout. We felt home with a larger youth group of 15 as guests of 4 different rooms. Area was ok, way to city convenient and not dangerous for a youth group like us. Facilities are clean and fully equipped, though we did not use the kitchen facilities much. We had cleaning and towel change service once during our stay which was very appreciated. Thanks for hosting us!

Extremely tidy, tranquil, roomy, cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen (though a few more coffee mugs would be a great addition). The parking is highly convenient, though it might get a bit snug if all six spaces are occupied. In fact, the space is quite generous; I believe an architect could provide valuable insights on how to incorporate an "open" second room. Clever dividing ideas, such as vertical wooden columns, could potentially create both a living room (currently with one sofa and a dining table) and an additional "open" bedroom.

I'm struggling to come up with content for this section, as mentioned earlier. Perhaps adding a few coffee mugs and including 2-3 complimentary instant coffee packets would be a nice touch! Oh, and in Apartment A1, the microwave seems to be malfunctioning (it operates—spinning, making sounds— but doesn't heat the food). Fortunately, there's a regular oven with a ceramic hob, so it's not a major issue. Considering the significant impact Airbnb had on property rents and availability in my local area, I still harbor reservations about opting for this service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Sofia and I have to say it was the best out of the five hotels in this price range that we've stayed at. The hotel was incredibly clean, cozy, and warm, making it very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Everything was done professionally and with attention to detail, with nothing unnecessary cluttering up the space. All of the appliances worked perfectly, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant, and we had a fantastic time there. The attention to detail and professionalism in every aspect of the hotel was truly remarkable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Sofia.

Basically, we got what we expected, a spacious apartment somewhere in the downtown area. Its equipment was average, everything could be solved, we had an internal private parking space, so we are basically satisfied.

There were several small things that could be improved: The sofa was very uncomfortable, the kitchen equipment could use an extension and renovation, we could only operate the oven with the fuses, as it would beep continuously even if the fuse was turned on. What cannot be improved is that the surroundings of the accommodation are quite run down, the residents of the area were not trustworthy. On our evening walks, we tried to quickly cross the streets around the apartment.
