The hotel is located in the first row of hotels, you have to cross the cliff and you are on the beach. It has an area of sunbeds with umbrellas and a bar on the beach. The hotel has a swimming pool, which I thought was adequate in size. The rooms have internet and televisions, and the air conditioning cools well. The staff is very available and helps you in all situations. The food is good and varied and very good cakes, which didn't seem bought in a box. The staff who clear the tables are very prompt. The young training team at the pool makes the children feel really good, they can't wait for the evenings, when they dance on the stage at the pool.

The hotel, more like 3 stars than 4, because of the furniture, shower curtain, bathroom doors and other improvised arrangements. The sunbeds at the pool seem to be insufficient, since at 8 o'clock in the morning you couldn't find anything available. Mattresses are not included for the sunbeds on the beach (paid separately 3 leva/day. Expensive parking 20 leva/day.

+ We appreciated the position of the hotel, close to the private beach, with free access to the bar, free sunbeds and umbrellas. + We also liked the food and the entertainment and the fact that the towels were changed daily. + The staff were very friendly and they did their best to make us feel very comfortable and welcome. - The parking fee was very expensive, 20 leva a day.

The resort needs renovation. It looks quite old both inside and outside. The food is quite the same every day. After 3-4 days you feel that you need something different.

The sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the hotel made our beach days incredibly relaxing and comfortable. We were particularly pleased with our premium sea view room, which was offered to us upon arrival. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Overall, our stay at Palm Beach Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The combination of superb hospitality, diverse all-inclusive dining options, and the prime beachfront location made for an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch holiday experience. Five stars!

Location, staff, food, pool

Not about the hotel, about some uncivilized guests

Everything was excellent. This is our second time at PalmBeach Hotel and did not regret the choice. Together with our Golden Retriever dog, we had a beautiful vacation, thanks to the wonderful staff. We had a problem with one of the beds on the first night, the staff immediately helped us out, offering many options to choose from-and in the end everything was great. The restaurant is amazing, even for Vegetarians there are so many options to choose from, and really diverse meals on daily basis. From all my travelling experience, this is the single hotel where everybody - from reception / chefs / bartenders / room cleaning - everybody was really trying their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Pam Beach for making our vacation such a lovely experience, again :).

I mostly liked how all staff was so kind and helpful and always making sure that we had everything we need during our stay. I really appreciated how hard-working and friendly everyone was. Food was also good as well as the room facilities.

I don’t think there is anything I didn’t like.

Very good location right next to the beach. You have sunbeds included in the price , but you need to get up really early to reserve them although there is a policy of no reservation stated by the hotel. The apartment is very spacious . The food is delicious and you have a lot of dishes to choose from. The staff is very friendly and all problems raised by us were resolved very quickly. There is animation for the children , a pool for them and playground inside and outside.

There is no ramp for strollers from the hotel to the beach. There are not many stairs, but still a ramp would have been nice. The curtains are not blocking the light in the morning . Also no vacuum for the whole stay - the garbage we taken and towels were provided.

We checked into the hotel, had a large and clean room. A big plus of the hotel is that it is located on the first line, 1 minute from the sea. The food is varied, bartenders make delicious cocktails. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We invited Bulgarian evening: traditional cuisine and Bulgarian dancers amazed us. We will definitely return to this hotel again.
