Amazing 5 days spent here! Starting from the fact that we arrived at mid night, and we received compensation launch for the next day just because we missed dinner (we had half pension) which was impressive and shows that the hotel really takes care of their guests :) I didn’t had this treat in other 4,5 starts hotels. The hotel was clean and spacious, the food was good and I loved that we had fresh Bulgarian vegetables every day. The staff was always smiling , very supportive when you asked something. The location was good as well, 5 min from the beach and close to the nearest bus to Varna. I didn’t miss anything here, so if you’re looking for a cheap last minute getaway, this is the perfect hotel if you want to enjoy the beautiful Black Sea here in Bulgaria. thank you Ljuljak for everything:)

Maybe the only 2 concerns that I had were that the showering towels were kind of small, and the hotel only offers shampoo but not showering gel in the room.

The room was spacious, balcony, garden, lots of vegetables for lunch and dinner, free parking under trees!

A little far from beach and difficult for old people and people who have problem with their knee,because the way back was uphill! No hair dryer, no facilities for children, The children's playground was just a swing and a slide and old and dirty and Muddy land! Anytime you want to enter or exit parking you have to go to reception and ask somebody to open and you have to wait! Not good quality stuffs for breakfast!

The Hotel is located a very nice place, plenty of green trees which provide lots of shade and shelter from the very hot summer sun. Accurate location on Google maps and easily reachable by car. Free parking was provided near the hotel, under the trees, but guarded with barrier. The free parking is a big plus in this area. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, suitable for all ages and types (meat eater or vegetarian could get plenty to eat). The eggplant with tomatoes cooked in the oven will remain my favorite meal. Expect local taste, many dishes with vegetables, which taste very good. French fries and spaghetti will be the meal of every children, when given the opportunity to choose. The pastry was delicious, sweet or salty. We loved the coffee as well. The pool was very clean and big, and proved to be a very smart decision, when booking a hotel, because during our stay the Sea was very restless, the big waves and the lifeguards did not allow for a swim for a few days. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds comfortable. They cleaned our room on daily basis, also new sheets and clean towels were provided almost every day. The bathtub is a big plus, it was easier to wash the kids always covered in sand after spending the day on the beach. The hotel is not beachfront, however is a few minutes light walk from the Sea.

Part of the staff is not the friendliest we encountered until now. We almost had an incident at check out: the cleaning staff did not find all the towels we were supposed to have in the room and we spent some time explaining that the amount we have is all we received a day before. We did not complain about not hawing received 2 towels/person (1 small + 1 big), then why did they try to find us accountable for something we did not receive in the first place. Since it happened at leaving time, it kind of left us with a bitter feeling.

The hotel was very welcoming overall. Tbe staff welcomed us earlier than needed. We arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning and asked if we can at least leave the car in the parking area. The parking area was very good, monitored, closed with barrier and under the trees. Our room was ready at 13:00, earlier than the normal check-in time. The pool side is very clean, with sunbeds and umbrellas and a toiled next to it so you don't have to travel a lot to the bathroom. The pool water was a bit cold, especially that the sunlight is not always present due to all the tall trees around the pool. Never the less, not a problem. Next to the pool you can get drinks. The pool is closed at 1800, charging a fine, swiming not being allowed after that hour but the bar stays open until 23:00. The drinks are not at the highest quality, but sincerely, nothing to complain, considering the price range. The restaurant was serving everyday something new. Again, not the highest quality, but considering the price range, we have never skipped a meal. It was like eating at home on a budget. In regards of the room, we have been impressed. Seems like the rooms were recently refurbished because everything was clean, all the facilities were working and everyday the room was cleaned. Based on all of the reviews we have noticed people complaining about dogs or garbage around the hotel. We have not been able to identify this. Magbe not anymore. Finally, it is a quite place where you can relax and simply, based on it's price range, at a conclusion, it is a hotel that i will recommend gladly to anyone. Even ourselves, we will go there again.

I booked this accommodation for my parents, and they were absolutely thrilled with their experience! The hotel provided fantastic value for money, making it an excellent choice. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and they loved the spacious room complete with a lovely balcony. The food was exceptional, my parents enjoyed every meal they had! A particularly beautiful gesture was when the staff prepared a delicious takeaway breakfast for them since they had to leave early in the morning – that made their stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a delightful experience! It truly exceeded my parents’ expectations. Many thanks for your hospitality!

Friendly staff, good location, view from balcony to the garden with big trees- great, especially during hot days, food was ok, drinks too, good price/quality ratio, we were satisfied

I don’t know, who was designed the balcony door, it was about 1,7 meter high. I am 1,9 m. tall and I had always take care about it, especially after a few beers 🙈

Water is not very hot, and you must wait some minutes for it. It does not have hair dryer in the room.

The room was awesome. Foods were delicious and variable, the hotel location is well oriented.

When we arrived at 12 pm, we checked in but they told us that day we do not get lunch only dinner, the same time they promised us we will get a lunch packet on the last day of our holiday (on the last day we checked out at 9am). When we checked out and asked about the lunch packet the receptionist told us they never give lunch packet and she was a bit angry about the question. ( we mentioned her about the first day promises) At the end this was not a huge problem but we was a little disapointed.

Nice pool area and food options both for breakfast and dinner. Staff was nice and room cleaned every day. Very comfortable beds and a nice quiet location away from all the noise of the main promenade.

No beach access included so you had to pay 25e to use the beach, not a big deal but when all chairs by the pool filled up at 9 it got a bit crowded. Also there seemed to be no one vacuuming under the bed and other furniture as this was very dusty.

They were very prompt and very helpful, even if I booked in a very short notice. They even offered to upgrade the room for us, free of extra charges, as we were 2 adults and one child. Being just only for one night, we didn’t want to, but they were very nice. The location is just great, the view to the pool was wonderful and the air was as clean as in the mountains. Good breakfast, good location, good value for the money. We loved everything.
