Great administrative staff. Great door staff. Really friendly and helpful. (In fact, Ratha, posted on an item I had left forwards to Siem Reap to me). The apartments higher up have a great view. The rooftop infinity pool was great but the gym was absolutely fantastic for an apartment complex. Everything you need for a resistance session is there. Bars, power rack/Smith machine, DBs, plates, hack squat, machines and treadmills etc everything- steam room and sauna. Table tennis and table soccer! Brilliant local Khmer restaurant directly across the street. Spotless environment. Booked in for two days stayed for two weeks. Great place. Thanks everyone. Argon chang!

The lower apartments didn’t have a great view but there’s nothing can be done about building density in such a big city.

Staff was extremely considerate and helpful. The apartment was spacious and spotless. The rooftop pool is perfect for watching sunrises, sunsets and for cooling down in the midday heat. The pool area provided towels and free drinking water. All amenities were thoughtfully provided including kitchen cooking utensils and dinnerware, towels, wifi, washer, drying rack, comfortable big bed, clean bathroom with hot water, and plenty of storage space for our things. The location is close to markets and right across the street there is a MasterChef restaurant with delicious food.

1. Great staffs with exceptional customer service, specifically the front receptionists and the housekeeping lady. I felt very welcomed. 2. Spacious apartment room that comes with so much appliances that made me felt like I was in my home. The gym room was small, but the property filled it with all the equipments they could fit in - very generous! I did not try the pool but the water looked nice and clean.

1. The location is kind of far away from the city center and the riverside. This isn’t really the issue as I did enjoy the property location being it was relatively quiet. There were many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. 2. The apartment room was nice and spacious but it felt kind of empty due to lack of decorations. Not a huge dislike but it would definitely be better if they decorated the rooms a bit.

+ Very spacious apartment + All the mod cons inc a washing machine and Ironing Board + Supermarket 200m from apartment to grab some beer etc + Loads of coffee shops nearby (D'August was a good one) and also a large range of restaurants + The rooftop pool, spa and gym were amazing to kick of the day or have a relaxing evening + I left my phone in a Tuk tuk and realised 5 mins after and the staff were so helpful with trying to help me get it back!

_-This is not in the centre of town but is in a local area which has loads of restaurants(some very high end), a market, loads of coffee shops etc), it would be good if they provided a map of some of the local recommendations.

excellent facilities with the roof and pool, wonderful views and sunsets. super comfortable bed and wonderful room, daily housekeeping and all the small details really contributed to the overall zen vibe at the place, staff super friendly too. cooking facilitates were also great. excellent stay cation here. the sauna and gym were excellent used them everyday and the views from the room to the roof were beautiful

the only two minor things , shower didn’t stay hot for longer than a few minutes and the plastic tubing made to separate the wet shower wasn’t sealed so water leaked around all areas and didn’t dry properly so slippy

the property is perfect, the room had everything needed for my stay and i really appreciated those nights there. the swimming pool at the top was also very nice after a day of walking around the city.

i asked for a tuktuk the day before and it never came. i repeated several times the time I needed it and i waited over 20 minutes for nothing the next day. the staff does not seem to speak english and therefore it makes it hard to be understood. the morning staff asked a neighbour to drive me instead.

Modern, clean apartment with everything you need to stay in Phnom Penh. You can get cheap taxis to locations easily from the apartment, good views and a great rooftop pool. Housekeeping regular and staff are friendly. Large market nearby.

Was a little bit noisy, even on the high floor. Could have the toiletries replaced more frequently. Location might not be suitable for some.

Fabulous rooftop pool. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing. I put in my booking notes it was my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special! They upgraded our room, sang happy birthday to me and brought me a fruit plate and gifts. I could not have asked for anymore! Thank you so much!

Hi. What a wonderful residence. Congratulations to the investors and architects, designers. The building is well thought, the apartments are spacious and very comfortable, with great views on the local surrounding. The staff, day and night receptionists, the security and the cleaning ladies are so helpful and open. The pool is superb. I highly recommend Amata Residence

loved the amenities. steam room, sauna room, great gym. pool. housecleaning was great and the front desk was so friendly and helpful. there was even a washing machine out on the porch.

wish there were lamps in the room. pillows were a little big. had to take a tuk tuk to the different sights but there was still plenty of places to eat nearby.
