Excellent location , large rooms are good , well maintained.

The attitude at the reception, not to my expectations. Though I am a Diplomat, there was absolutely no help offered. They did not allow me to meet the Manager in spite of asking several times. Had to go through a lot of difficulty to upgrade my room and had to pay a lot to upgrade. I wanted to recommend other Diplomats to stay here, now I would not as the Manager is not available and the staff dont care about the customers. I was asked to wait for several hours before I got the room. I understand that they have to follow SOPs , but not at the cost of irritating and ill treating VIP customers. The Reception staff needs some training on how to guage a client and be kind to them when required.

++ i think the staff was trained very well and did all they could to make you feel welcome (almost too much smiling everywhere for me) ++ gym is very good (i could use 6 different equipments for my cardio training) ++ laundry machines and liquids available for 1$ + breakfast was good. To be very good it needs cheese and different kind of bread tho + watertank in your room to refill your bottles + design is cool

- room is very small - pool too cold to use in the evening - location: not much around besides the new nightmarket for dinner - elevator system very modern but due to lobby on 28th floor you have to change it everytime when you go out or back to room - we were given only 1 room card first time and had to ask for second one later of course because you dont get anywhere without - value for money isnt that good as i experienced in other new hotels in PP because Flatiron is more expensive

Amazing facilities great pool gym and sauna. The laundry room was really handy to clean our stuff quickly really nice staff and comfy room. Slept great 😊 They also let us check out at 1pm and use the facilities until the evening as we had a late flight which was really great

Breakfast was ok but we ordered eggs Benedict and it came cold twice otherwise everything was good Not much within walking distance but you can just get a Tuktuk anywhere

After staying over a week at the Citadines Manila for the first time, I thought I would try this property. It seemed quite new and its AI, high tech features were evidenced in the elevators, doors, window shades and smart sophisticated lighting. Very impressive. The bed was big and comfortable. The toilet and showers were great.

The location is a bit remote. There are no other services or shops immediately adjacent to the property. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and I couldn't charge my breakfast to my room. The room was quite small. In fact, I had to turn sideways to walk past my bed to the front door, otherwise I would hit the TV on the wall. Reminded me of a dorm room.

Fancy looking hotel in a good location in Phnom Penh. High-tech room. Breakfast spread looked good but we didn’t try it.

Was not pleased with the lack of basic things such as hooks in the shower. Room has a TV but not enabled with Netflix feature. Overall, it’s fancy but lacking some basic features. Tea/ coffee packets had one of each type and had to request for more

Clean, modern facilities, parking and overall hotel premises are well managed and with high security and accesses. The French-style restaurant with available Asian foods.

Was told that the room service (food) is US$5 additional to the price in the card. This could not be implemented. Hotel and restaurant should have such arrangement and support each other. Disappointed so I had to order food from outside.

Great location and good views. Comfortable bed, good linen and pillows. Great gym. Friendly staff.

Breakfast service is haphazard at best with many times coffee arriving after the meal. Some issues with water pressure and hot water during peak demand periods.

The hotel is very new. The location is very good in a quiet and modern area. When I first arrived at night I thought the location would be a problem but I realized it is very near the center. I recomend to download the app Grab which will make your stay in the hotel much easier.

The breakfast can be definetely improved. The hotel may seem a little bit cold as there are many empty white walls.

The hotel itself was excellent. Rooms are extremely comfortable and with modern decor.

Overall, the experience was great. However, the room did take a very long time to cool down. It would be helpful if the guest services would turn on the a/c of the assigned guest room to make their stay more comfortable. The local temperature is quite hot. Turning on the a/c would help.....just a suggestion. Location is another small issue. It is not near the city center or local attractions.

Everything is very new and modern with an efficient use of space. I heard the bakery is good but we opted to have breakfast at the market instead which we thoroughly enjoyed.

But that makes for a small room space with just enough room to walk around and place your things. The location also needs a Tuk Tuk / Remorque to get to and from which thankfully are easy enough to book via an app.
