Nice small hotel within walking distance to a lot of places. I really liked the design / architecture! Good selection for breakfast. Clean pool with plenty of towels.

Look, it should be obvious by now, but the pub next door is quite loud. We knew this and it didn't bother us therefore - especially because we happened to stay during a major festival, so the whole town was celebrating! It was actually quite fun listening to them sing along and party. If you are sensitive to noise, choose somewhere else, it is not the hotels fault that the pub closes late.

The lobby is very welcoming, and the breakfast was good. Big room, very big bathroom. Walls and floors are made of modern polished concrete style which is very beautiful. Comfortable place and a nice swimming pool. Many restaurants around.

The aircon set was leaking on the door, which made it being on a state of rotting. There is no lift, which is a pity for a good place like that.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were amazing couldn’t do enough to help us. the location is good and as previous posts have highlighted the hotel was kept very clean. the rooms are quirky with no outside view but that is not a problem. Comfortable beds with plenty of hot water via a solar system which takes a little while to heat up. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of the day as was the plentiful supply of towels. the breakfast menu is limited but to be honest the fruit and yogurt was one of our favourites across all of our stays. The waiter did everything he could to make sure my coffee was how I liked it. We hired a TukTuk from the hotel which is a very cost effective way to get to Silk Island. would highly recommend.

Great location. Nice good size room, Bathroom was a good size and clean. Staff very friendly and pool was good to cooling off in. Central for all the main tourist attractions.

No view from the room but not that this is a big issue when staying in the room. Some drivers found the place difficult to find but that just added to the fun and exploration.

The location is close to Bassac Street & Bassac Lane which offers a good night life choice of bars & resturant’’s. Staff are very welcoming & helpful. There is a good selection for breakfast from a set menu but you can adjust it to suit you, the coffee is great too! We have a double room without balcony but is a large room and big bathroom too. Plenty of Tuk Tuks nearby too for your transport needs.

Breakfast was delicious each morning, the room cleaned to good standard and the location perfect for where we wanted to stay in the city. Cheap accommodation and would recommend staying here.

Nightclub near by that keeps you up at night. The pool area could be a bit tidier and bug free, just needs a little bit of a do up.

No one really uses the pool so great for us :) Close to bars and restaurants. Easy place to get tuk tuk etc. Free breaky was great little addition, only 4-5 things on menu but something for everyone (unless you’re a complainer :) Room was so comfy and nice A/C for those hot days.

“bath” was really not a go. Mouldy etc at the bottom and couldn’t even get hot water so was no point. Pool doesn’t actually get any sun so keep that in mind.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. Really really good, and excellent value for money. The pool was really cold, which was nice, as it was really hot when we were there.

Breakfast was good but way to small, room was clean and comfy, staff was nice. No hot water in the shower, they say it needs time but I waited veeerryy long, there is no hot water in 3 days… I thing for that price you should get hot water and enough breakfast!

very comfortable bed, clean, nice staff, breakfast was nice (not incredible but I wasn’t expecting anything more) and I really appreciate they were flexible with my 3yo son, staff was very nice

Wi-Fi didn’t worked in our room, I noticed there was a router inside our room, I noticed there was a different Wi-Fi for any room, I asked twice but nobody really helped, so I had to go in common area to use Wi-Fi
