I liked the hospitable staff and the clean atmosphere. The bedroom is always quiet, with Aircon on, allowing me to relax at night. The washroom is very clean. The location is accessible, near the river. The hotel also can arrange tours and packages for you, just approach them, and they give you comprehensive outlook of it. There are tables with sockets on the side, very friendly for those who are work & travelling!!

The food is not the best. Also the curtains on the beds don't close all the way, sometimes, I can feel a little weird or insecure.

Staff members I got to talk to( young slim uni guy with glasses and Moeun) were really friendly and nice🙂🥰 Room was clean. Spacious. Bathroom also clean. View was great too!! Location right next to the night market and the river too.

The area is all hooker and prostitution place which I didn't know😅 it was a little surprise for me🤣

The room was great - everything I needed. Great restaurant on the rooftop. Staff extremely helpful! Also pool, which was superb.

Smokers appear to have free rein. It is unpleasant around the pool and also in the restaurant. The majority lose out to the minority.

This was my third stay in Onederz Phnom Penh and it remained amazing. The staff in particular really went above and beyond: they are all incredibly helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. (They were able to arrange a visa extension for me, and make sure my passport was safely shipped to Siem Reap the following week). The facilities are top notch and the restaurant and rooftop bar are lovely and welcoming.

My sheet had a stain when I arrived. Once the staff was informed, they were extremely apologetic and it was changed without any problem.

The riverside area is essentially the red light district so just be aware of that!

1.) Big Shout-out to the whole staff. Very friendly, always smiling, helps you with everything, speaks English very good, found my stuff I lost (and I lost my key several times). Very good and competent staff 2.) The dorm is clean and big. Big locker (you can put your whole luggage in it). Beds are comfortable and big. Fresh beddings. 3.) Restaurant/Bar is awesome. On the rooftop, with an awesome view. Very clean. Food is very tasty and lots of choices. Staff is fabulous. I walked into the bar and they immediately knew what I wanted to drink. And the staff are very funny. 4.) ATM in the hostel. 5.) Great location. Very close to all places of interest. I had the best start in cambodia.

There are only half curtains on the beds.

Very nice restaurant & rooftop pool with super views at night. The rooms/bathrooms were clean at all times and it was not noisy so you could get a good rest. The location is central so it easy to reach tourist attractions and ordering tuk tuks were super quick. There is a water refill station at reception which makes it so much cheaper to get water. Towels & a lock was provided at reception and you could sign up to certain tours too.

The only thing I would mention is that we didn’t find this hostel very social, there are no nightly activities like other hostels that would help making friends, feels a bit like a hotel rather.

Great location, and the staff here are incredible. Went above and beyond for service. I booked a bus from their hostel to Koh Rong. 3 hour bus ride to the ferry terminal. After getting off the bus and onto the ferry to Koh Rong, I noticed my phone was gone. I was able to use my girlfriend’s phone and saw my phone was in the bus heading back to Phnom Penh. Contacted the hostel staff and told them the situation. They got a hold of the bus driver and the driver brought back my phone to the hostel. They then brought my phone to their sister hostel in Sihanouville the next day. I was able to take a ferry from Koh Rong to the hostel and retrieve my phone. Thank you so much!

Great location, staff, cleaning and wi-fi. The bed was comfortable, with curtains for privacy, and the room had lockers. Towel available if you leave a deposit (5$) which they will get back to you at your check out. Shower gel and shampoo available at the shared bathrooms. The pressure of the water was good. Good restaurant with reasonable prices and had an amazing view of the river. Tours and buses available to book. I recommend to book with them the Genocide Museum & Killing Fields shared tour/transportation (7,5$) if you are a solo traveler, because is cheaper than to go by yourself. Movie nights available. The whole facilities are modern and it seems to be a recent construction.

They have hot water, but it could be more hot (for my personal taste, I believe for the vast majority it is fine as it is).

Location was perfect, just a 6 minute ride from where I got dropped off by Giant Ibis. Close to the river and the Royal Palace as well, so excellent views of the sunset. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I had a heavy suitcase, unfortunately, but I really appreciated the Onederz staff assistance with helping take it up and down. The hostel is super clean, so I was quite pleased about it as it was my first time staying in a hostel. The aircon in the 12-bed female dorm worked much better than the one in the 4-bed dorm I felt. I ate at the hostel restaurant 3 times (twice for breakfast, once for lunch) and I was very pleased with the meal. The staff member who stood out the most is Tin-Tin! She was super helpful, funny, and had a really bubbly attitude, which is always lovely to see in the hospitality industry. I felt very welcomed by her! I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Phnom Penh if you are looking for a clean, conveniently located, budget friendly option as well as helpful staff!
