The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting phnom penh, cambodia.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Hotel! It’s in a great location, very close to a number of must-see markets, and a quick trip away from the river side where you can find amazing restaurants and bars! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and there was something different each day. A great stay while you’re in Phnom Penh!

“Didn’t like” is a bit too strong a phrase, but one thing that was a little frustrating was how strict the hotel was with its gym times. Upon check-in, we were told to go to reception to get the key when we wanted to go into the gym. However, the next morning when trying to do this, we were told the gym does not open before 8:00 (they really meant it.) The next morning I went down 5 minutes to 8:00 and they told me they would not send someone up for 5 minutes.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

The location of the hotel was great. 10 minutes walk to the River side. Lot of interesting places to see near by. Was in the middle of market. Central market was hardly a 10 minutes walk. The room was neat and clean. As there was renovation taking place in the hotel from 0900 to 1600 HRS on daily basis, we could hear the machines and people working. We were however compensated by giving complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The restaurant was superb. As we were vegetarians, had quite a few options in the menu. Food and fruits were fresh. The boys and girls at the hotel were always ready to help and were cheerful.

1. The size of the twin beds were small as compared to other hotels in the country. This could be looked into and more comfortable and large beds could be provided. 2. The Air Conditioning of the room was very cold, even though we were using the temperature control. 3. The bathroom did not have the hand spray in the shower.

Conveniently located, walking distance to Central Market and the Orsay Market. Convenience store within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. I would have been happier if there had been yogurt. I saw comments about construction noise, but I was out of town at the time so it didn't bother me.

The hot water in the bathroom was not easy for me. However, it was hot outside, so room temperature water was fine. I would have liked the towels to be changed without having to ask for the room to be cleaned. But this may be common sense in my country.

The hotel and sanitary are very clean. Breakfast is rich and very tasty. Staff are polite and nice. No window in room but from those reason is very good price. Best value for money. 5 minutes from Central Market. I fully recommend to use public bus to airport. The ticket is 3000 🇰🇭 rials (lees then 1 dolar for 2 persons). The Bus is clean with air condition and take 30 minutes from hotel to airport. But it is so hard to find bus station, nobody knows where is. Only 5 minutes from hotel. The blue bus number 3, the 55 station and airport is 59 number station.

I don't like a surroundings it is dark and without any restaurants or bars. The air condition is noisy but it can open the "window" just to circulation some air, without any views and with some protection.

The rooms were modernized and the beds were comfortable. One of the staff members, Thearin, provided excellent service. He helped me to get my eVisa printed when other staff didn’t. Thearin was friendly and helpful in assisting us with our needs. The breakfast was good. There was western style food, traditional food, and a variety of fruits.

There didn’t seem to be many restaurants nearby, but overall the location was okay. it was about a 15 minute walk to the palace and river area. some of the staff weren’t very helpful; there were two females at the front desk that really couldn’t help me print my eVisa.
