I was thrilled with my room! The interior was lovely, the space was spotless, and the shower was amazing. I even had a charming little balcony with a wonderful street view. The fantastic shower and super comfy bed made my stay special. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially Da Nieang from the bar team, who was a joy to chat with about the country and the city. Great drinks, too!

After reviewing the menu, it leans too heavily towards Western cuisine. I had breakfast at the hotel, and it was just too bland, which is understandable. There are restaurants nearby that are easily accessible with a quick TukTuk ride!

The staff was very friendly (from the porter who helps with luggage and opening the door) to the receptionists and the bar staff. We loved the stay, especially the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. The views are impeccable from the top and the pool is really refreshing with the heat. The room was a good size, very comfortable bed and a shower plus a bathtub in the room The fruits at breakfast are really great

Just a small thing but we had different birds waking us up every morning from 6 am. There's a pigeon which keeps coming back even when opening the window and on our last night another bird woke us up. The shower around 7.30 to 8.30 am did not have hot water. It wasn’t cold but could have been hotter. If you shower at 7 am the water is hot. Breakfast could have had better bread (there is toast bread but no toaster and a very hard bread). Also some cheese would be nice (went to buy bread and cheese at a supermarket Breakfast eggs and omlett were kind of cold

Our satisfaction made us book this hotel twice. I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about our stay. I would also like to give my big thanks to the staff here, especially to the super friendly young boys up at the bar who make the best cocktails we had in whole Cambodia. Not to mention the roof top pool with a beautiful view over the city which was just an absolute delight!

Maybe just the see-through bathroom doors in the room when one has his needs, the other kinda has to look away or rather disappear from the room for a while to let the other one accomplish his needs successfully and comfortably 😅

Breakfast was average

Breakfast was very good, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location is very good, short walk to museum and Royal Palace.

I asked for a quiet room, heard back from the hotel that they had already organised a quiet room, away from the elevators, but I had a room right next to elevators, there was also loud music at night. Things didn’t work when I arrived, remotes needed new batteries, door to balcony wouldn’t open at all, so couldn’t use it. There is no ‘tour desk’ which I expected with a 5 star rating - staff can’t help with tours, but will order a taxi/tuk tuk on request. Maybe not 5 star, but overall is reasonable value for money.

Breakfast really bad quality and poor

The room was very good, we loved it! The pool on rooftop was amazing. Elevators were fast and rooms was very big and fancy and clean. It felt luxurious. Possibility to get clothes washed for 3$/kg.

Some problems with the door cards. First they gave us one and we asked another one so we both could have one, but it was not working... And when we went down to ask what is the problem, they said it is because you have two cards, one is not working 😂. Well, why the hell would we need two cards then? Anyway. Other than that, it was okay. Breakfast could improve, the French toast was great, all the rest not so much. Cocktails... Well, you won't get what you ask. The dinner there was okaysih, but nothing special. So in conclusion, would give 9/10 for hotel as a building but 6/10 for the staff and food etc.

We absolutely loved this hotel, on our holiday we stayed in 10 different hotels this was one of the cheapest but by far the one we enjoyed the most. Our room was amazing so spacious, bath tub with a view, spotlessly clean. It really was perfect. The architecture of the building was very rustic and well designed. The roof top pool was superb and we made good use of. Breakfast and the evening restaurant were both very good, with a nice choice of western and local food. All the staff were so polite and nothing was to much bother for them and they were amazing with our baby son. We would highly recommend this place.

Maybe a baby/ highchair would have been good for the restaurant.

Nice place, staff are incredible, they would go out of their way to help customers, very welcoming and smiley. They accepted to change my room after I notified the safe was not secure and we didnt feel confortable wt that. That was muchly appreciated! Otherwise the property is nice and the infinity pool on the top floor is breathtaking! Breakfast was fresh and delicious!

The safe in one of the rooms on the 16th floor was not bolted or screwed to the wall or table. Which loses the point of having a safe… On the other hand, your access card gives u access only to your respective floor and common spaces so that’s makes it more secure. Other points: its close to sketchy street with bars and VIP spas,

Staff were very friendly. The hotel room was great nice design and layout. Aircon was good as temperatures where in the 30s. Location was good 15min walk to most places and plenty of tuk tuk for those who don't wish to walk. Breakfast was adequate. Lunch was good. Pool was great though not alot of space for loungers.

They seem to have shortages on stock no wine for a couple of day (good stocked wine store just around the corner from the hotel) and fresh juices were also of the menu for some days. They need to replace their sun loungers they are in a terrible state with huge holes in them. The room windows could do with a clean with bird crap oall over them.
