I stayed multiple times at this hotel. Rooms in different price classes are really different. This time I stayed for 44 USD/ night through booking.com in a room at the upper floors. Clearly better room with true river-view. I really like the wooden counter to work on, because I had to do some reporting. Bathroom also a better setup. I will pay the extra and take the upper floors next time.

It was all ok. Don't expect perfect silence before the bars close around 2 am. I found it a perfect city background noise after a busy day.

The property was clean and well taken care of and had a good view of the river.

The rooftop lounge was closed and we were told had been closed for months. The room was very cramped and there were no hangars or drawers to put our clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases. It was difficult as the bed took up most of the room. We didn’t care for the location as the hotel is in the middle of the “entertainment” district and isn’t in the best part of the city. Having said this, we weren’t bothered by the noise of the bars; it was the crowing roosters that woke us up early every morning. We were impressed by the staff who were very helpful. We didn’t dislike this hotel, but it’s important to know that if you are offended by seeing older men buying the services of younger women and bringing them into the hotel, this hotel is not for you.

Room is big enough, clean with a nice balcony view on the river Even though the room is on a street that gets busy with nightlife, it is not too noisy. got an early check in without problems. Lots of restaurants around the area. There are some things which could clearly be improved, but overall it is not negative enough to avoid (See below).

Some details: there was no soap bar, only small bottles of bath bubble soap and shampoo-- a soap bar would be nice to wash hands and bigger bottles of body soap... One of the toothbrush packages had the toothpaste container rip open when I opened it, it was all dried out... The breakfast (included) is very low quality: either 2 toast with butter or some "yogourt with honey" which is only 2 commercial yogurts emptied directly from their plastic containers onto your plate... Nothing to sustain you. THere was a choice also of noodle + egg (which would have been the better choice, even though they are instant noodles from a sachet...) but I was not in the mood for noodles. Coffee was awful. A canned coffee or instant coffee would have been better.

I liked the pool it was nice .at first when check in staff were unhelpful in regards to telling me where I could change money.but next day they were extremely nice and helpful .the supervisor was a lovely lady she allowed late checkout which was very helpful .the staff are nice always welcome you with a smile

for one the breakfast is cold like its cooked early morning and left out.thee air con in room would not turn off .I noticed ants in room and bathroom sink.the tv only 3 channels snowy cant see picture I suggest put few movie channela

The hotel is in a good location, with the riverside only a 2 minute walk away Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby Staff very friendly Wi/fi was very good Room was cleaned every day

I stayed in room 803 , and outside in the hallway there are lights fitted into the ceiling In my room there is a window with frosted glass which can’t be opened At night time the light tight outside of my room shone through the window making it hard to sleep and made it hot and uncomfortable

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is very close to the Tonle Sap riverfront and the nightlife area. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean, although a bit small, King Kong Pizza shop across the road make nice pizzas.

I stayed in a Double Deluxe Cityview room. Booking com has this room at two different prices, both had the same photos and description of the rooms but the cheapest of the two rooms had no shower cubicle or balcony furniture. The staff were good enough to bring some furniture to put on the balcony. Thank you for that, but I just had to put up with water from the shower going all over the bathroom floor.

Very comfortable, clean and inviting. In the heart of Riverside area.

Don’t stay here if you have a problem with late night bars and people out till the wee hours. This is not a problem for me but it might be for some. It’s in the heart of the Riverside area. Do some research if you’re not familiar with the area or ave. 130

I like this hotel because the room is very comfortable and great value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice to cool off in, and the location is very good close to night life, many restaurants, and the prominade along the river.

when i was there the rooftop pool bar was closed, hopefully it will be open on my next visit.

Staff great and let me stay 4 extra days because of food poisoning

Had to get key downstairs every time to go to pool.up down and forget something from room had to go back to lobby for them to let you back up.
