All staffs at the guesthouse are super nice and helpful especially Sam, the owner, speaks perfect English with a thrilling smile always when something is asked or just on a casual conversation!! The balcony belongs to my room has a superb view towards the street and the Royal Palace Garden, a panorama of the most axis part of Phnom Penh would be view every time standing there. In a conclusion, the guesthouse itself is absolutely a travel destination, more than a guesthouse simply!

We stayed on the 5th floor which had an amazing sunset view. The room was clean and comfortable. I became ill on our last day and was unable to travel. The staff were very kind and helped us to change our transportation and extended our stay for the night. The location is also great, right by the river and close to a shop, pharmacy, restaurants and the palace.

There is no elevator to the 5th floor so was a bit of a struggle with a big bag as the staircase is narrow and steep but if you’re fit it’s okay and was worth it for the view. Our bathroom door also didn’t shut or lock.

The location is very nice and the room is good.

Smoking smell is so bad, and sound of neighbor.

The staff were very helpful and the location was good for the Palace, market and other city centre activities. The room was a good size and there was a shared seating area on the corner of the corridor overlooking the street and the gardens.

The shower did not have very strong water pressure and the shower head could do with cleaning or changing. As it was overlooking the street it was a little noisy at night.

Great spot. Husband and wife team are terrific, very helpful and speak good English which is handy when wanting info. The young staff can be a bit surly and will just laugh at you when you ask them something, typical teenagers!! A little on the pricey side, more than I remember paying last time I was in town. Only downside at the moment is the renovations happening next door. It’s incredibly loud when they are working but if you’re out exploring it’s fine. The issue is if you want to sleep in, they started at 07-30 Sunday morning and I was not happy. The owners have said the work is nearly finished so hopefully it’ll quiet down soon. Altogether would recommend.

Noise next door. Bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade.

The rooms are basic but comfortable. We stayed on top floor - there is no elevator, but the views from the balcony are phenomenal, with Royal Palace, National Museum and city skyline in front of you. Within walking distance to all main attractions and the riverside.

We had a little trouble communicating, as most of the time there was no one on site with even a little English, but that was just minor inconvenience

Good location, nice spacious rooms, air conditioned, refrigerator in room also which is always nice. Seemed very clean. There is a very friendly puppy that lives next door. Reception printed documents for us free of charge and organised 5$ SIM card.

We received 2x20$ notes as change which were both very slightly torn in the middle. Given how strict Cambodia is with USD notes this was not accepted anywhere and left us hugely short changed. Check all your notes people! Some noise pollution from the street. No elevator.

Great location, close to the museum and the King's palace, wonderful staff, clean rooms. Plenty of cafes nearby. Although the one associated with the guest house was great.

The stairs are narrow and steep. That is what it is. But not for people with mobility issues

Tranquility in the heart of the city. Great walks to nearby parks, the river, markets and restaurants. Comfy bed, good air-conditioning, lovely balcony, shower cold or warm, helpful staff, well-supplied with kettle and fridge, handy supermarket opposite for daily needs. Reasonable rates.

No complaints at all.

I loved everything. This place isn't luxurious but the kindness from Lang (I hope im writing her name properly) and her family made me feel so welcome. I chose the room on the 5th floor. There is not elevator but was totally worth it. The view from the balcony is amazing. The room has good AC, a fan, a refrigerator and great WiFi for online work.
