Location Location Location..right in front of royal palace and national museum on the banks of mekong river for evening boat rides and promenade walk along the river. Was pleasantly surprised to get such a great place for the price paid. even the Reception lobby was great and cosy. Staff was keen to take care of small smal things too. Very pleased with the stay. Lovely terrace with pool and view of skyline , river , royal palace. If you happen to stay here then no need to book any local tour. just with little walk you can cover places around except for killing fields and genocide museum. Dont miss the small train station --which is at tuktuk distance from hotel.

Great location near the riverfront. Incredible view of the city and river from our balcony. Larger clean room. The rooftop pool is very small, but most days it was not crowded. Breakfast was OK,

One tiny elevator, tough during events. There were a few events at the hotel and the small dining room was overwhelmed by the group tourists. The staff was very polite and hard working, but a few mornings we went out for breakfast because of the crowd. The bathroom was very dimly lit and too dark to shave (a common hotel issue in Phnom Penh.)

Breakfast, I couldn't go for a pho refill as it was always empty even when I am the first awake the quantity is low. I can understand that covid 19 made a hit on tourism and running low on ressources is to save on waste , but refilling the pho station when a client arrives is not much to ask for . ;)

It has close proximity to everything, particularly restaurants, marts, the royal palace and the riverside. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of variety. The room is clean, stylish and quiet. Just the perfect place for holiday and work.

The location and tge slightly old fashioned interior of the building. The rooftop swimmingpool is quit nice be it modest in size. The breakfast left nothing to be desired..

Not much, but a hotel at this location should have frontxesk staff with reasonble coomand of english to help you out with queries on trasport etc

The location is excellent. It is not far from the National Museum and on a street with restaurants, convenience stores and other businesses. We received a welcome reception upon arrival.

Some of the staff at the rooftop restaurant could have been much friendlier and more attentive - especially with the breakfast service.

this is a fantastic location next to the royal palace. Its really an ideal location to explore Phnom Penh and embrace the city

Excellent location with a good rooftop bar overlooking the river. Perfect for sunset drinks and dinner. Good value for money. Great staff

The Frangipani is a fantastic hotel. The location, just near the river is great. The wife enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Very good location, closed to everywhere in city, cleaned room and very friendly staff. We're enjoyed rooftop sky bar , great place to relax after my whole day work. Thanks to everyone for take care us and we're feel like home.
